How’s everyone going? Where are you up to? Anyone in 2ww?
After the crazy cycle of last month , My AF arrived on Wednesday with a vengeance! So went and saw my specialist today who’s started me on Femara, had whole heap of bloods done, and go back in a week for an U/S and the possibility of a trigger shot. [emoji33]
So now I’m toying with the idea of giving up temps for month [emoji6]🤣
Hi all. I didnt think I would be here again so soon especially as DS3 is only 10months & we are in the process of organising IVF with PGD. :omg: But I think we have had a little Whoops. :nails:
We had 2 failed sways which resulted in a miscarriage & DS3 who I just love to bits despite being very sad throughout his pregnancy after the miscarriage & experiencing some GD along the way. I was/am still keen on another baby & have been slowly getting hubby on board - he hasnt said yes but he isnt saying no quite so vigourously either. DS1 has autism & DS3 is also showing some early signs so having a girl is definitely the key to reducing our risk any further. I have even been talking to fertility clinics about the possibility of IVF next year.
Our risk of pregnancy is low but I am having those oh so familiar symptoms. I havent been brave enough to tell hubby yet. Im freaking out at the thought of having 2 kids 18months apart.
My period still hasnt returned yet, Im still breastfeeding a lot day & night & hubby didnt finish & withdrew so I know the risk of pregnancy is so very very low but I cant help this very familiar feeling. tomorrow will be 12 days since we BD so I am going to pee on a stick & hope for the best.

I posted for atomic but in case she doesn't have time today, I was wondering what you women know about antihistamines and J&D. Are they still recommended and how each are done. Times and amounts. I want to do it right to the best of my abilities. Thanks :)

Also, do you continue diet and exercise in the 2ww? Any changes?

Antihistamines have not seemed to add anything to our success rate and cut odds of conception. I sometimes have people start off with them but are among the first things we drop
J and D did seem to add a little something in stats. I am not sure if it's a legit finding or statistical quirk but until it's proven otherwise I do like you guys to start off doing it after 5 minutes and then gradually extend
yes continue exercise and diet in the 2ww.
Hi ladies
I think I'm officially in the 2ww... . I'm not temping this cycle. I decided not to do opks either and stick to relatively stress free E4D. But interestingly the two strategies coincided.
We BDed last Sat and next scheduled BD was Wed. I randomly took my first opk test on Wed (CD 16) afternoon and it was a blazing pos with wondfo and CB. So we BDed as planned. Opk turned negative the next day and FF says I ovulated on CD 17. I'm only 1 dpo now. Since I ditched opks, a strange tranquil has set over me. I'm not obsessed with TTC material, I'm more relaxed, I check in here only once in 2 days, and I have no 2ww expectations about pregnant vs not pregnant at this point.
Good luck and baby dust to all. I'm rooting for all you girls here. Fx, and wish you all happiness and good health!!!
