Having a healthy 9 months is of course the goal for everyone regardless of whether you get your DG or not and something going wrong it puts everything into perspective.

that is terrible TTC5 have you tried going for a walk before bed. My mum has RLS and to manage it she has to do moderate exercise in the evenings, she doesn't drink caffeine after 3pm and she also goes for regular massages (which is another option if time and finances allow)
