Hi Ladies ,It has taken a long time to retrain my brain about all of what I believe to be true when sway for blue & what you all are saying must be true because it is working , you are seeing the results Timing doesn't sway,boy swimmers aren't faster then girl swimmers, & that you don't need a high PH up as high as 9, that you don't need to just eat from one list of food it's over all nutrition that is important & that having dairy is good for a blue sway.
So much good information here on DG, THANK YOU to all you wonderful Ladies here on DG for sharing your knowledge, I for one really appreciate all the work you are doing here by helping other womens dreams come true.:happy:
Hi, i'm new in here, technically we are due to attempt in Aug, i am due to o on the 2nd, so we are going to have two attempts, cd14 and cd15 in the am (i tend to o on cd15) as well as cd 12 in the pm.
Im not doing so well on the diet, but intend to make a bigger effort this coming week, i am pretty sure we wont get pg the first month anyway, so i might have even longer to get myself straight :)
I cant wait to hear how everyone is doing with bfps or the dreaded af, i hope its quiet because people have graduated!!

:welcome:Ribenaberry:) I think its def quiet lately lol! Hopefully we will get some more blue swayers joining us as the UK holidays have started, when do other countries have there main school holidays??
Our Main School holidays here in Australia are at Christmas starting in December around the 10th I think(six weeks break), but we just had school holidays three weeks (two weeks break) ago here in Queensland each state has different dates for there holidays by a week or two.

Well, i had potato cakes for breakfast, spaghetti carbonara for lunch, but appear to be eating crisps for tea!! Not a good day :(
And tomorrow i am doing a car boot in the am so will prob not get breakfast either, although i might sneak a bacon butty if i am close enough to a van lol!
We were supposed to be having chicken and bacon pasta bake but neither of us are hungry. Is there enough protein in egg yolk? I might boil an egg with some toast, but i dont eat the white?
Arghhhh, this is why dont feel ready! But i am still eating far better than i ever have so thats got to be good right?
