Thank you, rainbow flower!
Sorry, indira, I don't know for sure but you can have sweetener in drinks at any time so I guess it should be ok whenever but lots all through the day probably wouldn't be good
I think sugar free gum is recommended on in gender so artificial sweeteners are good. chrystal light is allowed first thing in the morning so it should be fine.
Ok then I´m going to have one now  thank you both
co-op do a "healthier choice" soft cheese with onion and chives
per 100g:
100 calories
11.0g protein
4.2g carbs
4.2g fat
0.2g sodium
0.6g salt
Yes, that's the reason why but it's pure carbs which is GOOD for TTC pink. Not as good if you're trying for some sort of healthful weight loss.
Peas, on the other hand, do have protein and so you need to be a bit cautious not to eat a ton of them. A bit is fine.
Acesulfamate K is NOT a vitamin, it's an artificial sweetener and fine for pink.
Sucralose is not sugar, it's Splenda and also fine for pink.
Fake sugar doesn't make blood sugar rise and it is fine to use it all day long (with the exception of stevia/truvia because that sways blue). REAL sugar makes blood sugar rise and then fall back, and you are right on that, don't eat sweets regularly all day long, stick with the 2-3 meals a day idea and include your sweets with your meals.
