Well, I'm officially out. AF showed up this morning.... Pout.... We are skipping this next cycle, so I'm going to take a break from all this swaying stuff for a few days. Good luck to everyone else!

Ugh sorry to hear that Christi! We are taking a break after this one too if I don't get a BFP. I have had to cheat on my diet a few times and definitely more than I have liked because we are trying to keep everything a secret from family until the gender scan.We are going to get backlash for a second child with no other reason than dear old family doesn't think we should have more than one. So I want to make sure I am fully back on track before making another attempt.

9 dpi for me... decided not to test until I'm actually late. Last month I was POAS every 5 seconds and drove myself crazy... I wanted to know, what is a q-tip test?

q-tip test is taking a q-tip and swabbing up around your cervix. If it comes back clearish then you are still in the clear. It comes back red and especially the more red it is AF is on the way!

Thanks everyone! I love this whole community of people who "get" how disappointing it is when af starts. Swaying is a lot harder than I realized it would be. My husband said he feels like he is "failing" me because we haven't conceived yet. We got pregnant with our son the first month we tried, so we figured it would be easy to get pregnant this time around too. Well, at least we know that we have been successful at making conception harder... Haha!

Agree 100% Christi. I got pg on the first cycle with DS as well so I had never actually had a BFN in my life until last month. It was so depressing! Fully expecting another BFN this month. Swaying makes the BFNs so much worse! GL to you and definitely enjoy some much deserved time off of the diet and swaying!

Thanks... This is totally off topic, but as parents if little ones, I figured many if you would enjoy this story. My nephew is 21 months old and his parents are not the best at not using inappropriate language. Well, today he is was looking in his toy box and started saying the f word. Repeatedly. Turns out his word for frog is a cross between frog and duck and it comes out.... Well.. You get the idea. Hahah.... Let's just hope he doesn't encounter too many frogs in public before he learns the correct word, huh? 😃

Too cute Christi (or embarassing for the parents!). My DS is obsessed with "riding" things (like riding on his toy car or riding on a slide or whatever). Lately he's been making all of his animal figures kiss and "ride" each other and will say "cow RIDE dog" . Ack, I always am so nervous he's going to start doing that at preschool with the toys there and they will wonder about my parenting!
