Maxim I tested morning and night with digitals for DD3 and DD4.. you can miss your surge in my opinion depending how fast someone ovulated if you don't test twice. That was directions from my RE who recommended the tests I took and still said test twice a day no matter what the box says. I got my solids at night time for both girls and had negative ones in the AM
Cd16 still no Pos opk for me ! So glad I had an attempt my husband would be bursting at the seems hahahaaha !!!

I test with cheapie OPKs once a day. But I have been using them for years now. I am a strange one and I don't temp as you are supposed o either. I get up and o to the bathroom and temp while I am peeing ;) so as not to wake DH up or disturb him. I have always seen a clear shift in my temps doing this, so that is how I do it. Some people are more sensitive and only shift a little, I shift a lot. Well, I should say, I did. I have no idea what my body will do now. This is my first cycle since AF returned after having DS4. I am still BFing too, so that messes it up as well. He has been sick and up lots nursing in the night too.
We are trying to stick to the E3D or E4D patern since I have no idea when I will O.

My urine would be too diluted testing twice per day. I can either do less liquids and hold in the morning or the evening, but not both. OR I can do SMU then evening, but that's so pricey u_u
CBD advanced has different instructions from regular CBD because the advanced OPK's measure two hormones and also keep track from what I understand.
So I bit the bullet and ordered my sway plan from atomic. :) Partially because I want an easy plan to follow and access to ask questions, but I also just want to help support Atomic. She has done so much for me already!!!
