About 4% that one or the other of you does. But Trisomy 13 risks increase with age and Trisomy 16 is just super super common, among top causes of miscarriage and it most likely was just sheer bad luck. I know several people on the site who had had more than one loss due to Trisomies and went on to have a healthy pregnancy afterwards, and additionally many of our HT ladies who have fertilized eggs that have several of their tested embryos found to have numerous trisomies in among the normals. It does happen quite regularly, unfortunately, so while it may be worthy of investigation I don't want you to jump to the worst conclusion first.
I am so, so very sorry for your losses.
Praying for you to have your take home rainbow baby!!!
Karyotyping came back normal for us both. Sigh. Next cycle Femara with Follistim and HCg. Anybody done this regiment with success?

I didn't have this protocol but maybe if you include the dose you are taking it will help other ladies to tell you.
I know it's frustrating but it's actually good news.
Yes lots of gals on here have done that - great results for conceiving!! FXFXFX!!
He's recommending Follistim 300iu x2 and Pregnyl. I've found the European brand Puregon to be more affordable. Does this matter at all? Difference of about $250.

They're basically the exact same thing, just different name! Save the $$, get the cheaper one. Do confirm with pharmacist simply because I am not one but yes they do the same thing and have been tested side by side and found to be identical in terms of results.
