I'm still waiting for my +opk. Thought I would have it atleast today but no :( I'm preparing to o late this cycle aswell. Waiting to o is so frustrating. I'm now cd14.
I'm so freaking upset [emoji22] I did my lower back today and its gotten worse and worse to the point I'm very uncomfortable no matter how I lie down and movement is very painful. I've had issues in the past with my back so of course I still have my prescription anti inflammatory pills on hand and I took one just before. Then thought oh crap! What did I just do!!! Googled it and this is what I found on webmd :(:( so upset I just cant believe it. Pbn I am so sorry to see this! I wouldn't freak out too much though, if you have only taken one or two tabs I wouldn't think that's too bad but so very disheartening to read what you have and I can imagine exactly how you are feeling. It always makes me feel a bit better in these sort of situations to think of all the things others have inadvertently done whilst not knowing they were preggers and still had a healthy pregnancy/Bub. Hugs x

PBN there's not a lot you can do now! People do a lot worse! Both times with my boys ive been blind drunk the weekend before finding out I was pregnant! I felt awful but If you don't know then there's nothing you can do, plus if you're in agony needs must! Not like you've taken it knowingly while pregnant! Please don't beat yourself up [emoji8]
I'm taking aspirin also.. Not every day but a few times a week and here it says it increases risk of miscarriage [emoji15]

Pbn3 I wouldn't worry too much about the painkiller, I think they have to be over cautious in their warnings and like pop tart says, people have done a whole lot worse and had no problems. Sympathise with your back pain, it's miserable.

Have taken rephresh and planning on taking an antihistamine and DH taking Sudafed, plus having a v hot bath. Have sylk lube to use too. Any other tips for a girly one please?!!!!
So sorry to hear this. Move your appointment if you can, maybe call your dr and explain. I went in late this cycle and got a prescription but I feel like it's a wasted month. Sorry again about the bfn. It's definitely no fun. I'm trying to remain positive but feel like I'll be taking my clomid next month.Quote:

Pbn, don't worry too much about the meds you took. With DS1, I took a painkiller after I accidentally got whacked in the head LOL and then a few days later I had a glass of wine. Shortly after that I found out I was pregnant. :oops: I knew there was a possibility since we were TTC but I figured since we reached a year of trying, I wasn't pregnant. DS1 is perfectly fine....quirky...but fine. :wink:
Quinn, maybe the temp drop is an implantation dip? :) I had one last cycle at 6DPO too and got a bfp four days later. I've got my FX for you!

CD6 for me today. HPT is finally negative so I feel like I can "start over" now. Still bleeding a bit but last night I kept getting major ovary twinges so I'm really hoping my body is gearing up for O already. I o'ed early (for me) last cycle at CD20 so it'd be really great if I could ovulate early again this cycle!

pbn I would imagine that warning is for repeated use and probably for larger doses than a single pill. keeping fingers xed you will get that bfp in a couple of days.

still no AF girls, I am seriously puzzled as to whats going on with me. do you think my solid smiley was false? is it possible to get a solid and not O after that?
zero cramps now, haven't done a hpt in 48 hours but thinking I might buy one and check again. If she doesn't show between now and Tuesday (the GPs office is closed Monday as its a holiday here) I will go for BW. I went out last night and had a few drinks, less than I would normally have but I was absolutely wasted! I am dying a death today and have to go visit my inlaws :( Talk about punishment! I feel awful as well that I drank (had about 5 which is a good bit less than I'd have if I went out with the intention of getting drunk!) when I could be pregnant...
Hopper, is it possible you didn't actually ovulate or that you did but later than you thought? Do you temp? Sometimes the body can gear up to O and then doesn't for whatever reason or it tries again later. I've had that happen where I get a pos. OPK but don't O for another week.

I actually think my temp was lower yesterday too. I took it late because my dd woke me up at 2am and I got up 2 hours later than normal. I should probably adjust that temp now that I think about it. I'll be hopeful for a ride tomorrow though! [emoji5]

I got a low fertility opk advanced CB on Oct 6th and the solid smiley the next morning. My CM had dried up completely by 10th as we were due to attempt again but I got a negative on 9th and 10th and CM and CP were indicating O had already happened. I don't temp unfortunately, it just wouldn't be accurate with my sleep pattern. I rarely get more than 2-3 hours in a row with our boys. My CP is high now too which I find so strange, it was low and firm about 4 days ago which is how it usually feels before AF arrives. I have always used IC OPKs and my body generally gears up to O with an almost + and then its a blatant negative before it turns full on + so the negative smiley followed by the solid one kinda lines up with past cycles using the cheap OPKs.Quote:

This was last month Quinn. Get progesterone bloods done! I'm gonna re adjust mine to weds making me 8dpo and go from there.
Could be an implantation dip also! People commonly get those dips.. If it shoots back up that's good! X

Hopper is there anyway you have a chemical and it just didn't show up? I feel like that happened to me once. I had a negative test but af was 3 days later than it's ever been.

Bfn this morning. I don't understand what's up with my body. It's insane. I'm losing loads of hair too. I think the stress of ttc is getting to me. I don't know what to do. I'm not ready to give up but who knows if I can even get pregnant like this. Ugh.

Honestly I was kinda thinking maybe that could be it but I dunno if it's considered a chemical since I didn't get a bfp. I dunno. I'm still awaiting AF, it's getting old now. I have decided I'm not buying a test, I will just go for the BW on Tuesday if I have to. Hopefully the witch will have arrived by then and I can get on with our November attempt!Quote:

Hopper with ds1 I didn't realise I was preggers and had a big nite at New Years and had a shocking hangover that lasted for three days... Which is what prompted me to test, I felt really bad but he's fine lol

Ttc I don't think rephresh and sylk are as popular now as they reduce the rates of conception quite significantly and when conception does occur the odds of a pink aren't great anyway?Quote:

Could be imp quinn i also had a drop in temp.
Hopper im not sure with the cb digis but maybe your body was gearing to O the opk detected it but it didn't happen? Bloodwork sounds like a good idea if she doesn't show.

10dpo today finally double digits 😁 no spotting. Cp high and temp still high too. Im off to the hospital. Ds4 is having a precautionary appmnt with an opthalmologist due to his hearing loss. He certainly has no problems seeing, he's like a hawk 😂

Thanks ladies. Yes there are faint lines 😄 there much better looking in real life 😂 Im being cautiously optimistic 😃 i took a test yesterday and there was a shadow but it's definitely darker than yesterdays. I'll likely retest this evening.
