Momamia, I hope you're able to finance IVF sooner rather than later. What would you be doing for work at a hospital? And I do think you could have Oed on CD16, I just lean slightly towards CD17. I would not be surprised if yiu got a BFP this cycle.

Jenny, when doing E4D, yes you'd BD on CD14 after having an attempt on CD10. Make sure you BD on CD18 as well in case you O later. Maybe on CD22 also.


Pinklady, I agree with everything Pbn3 said, except I personally think exercise should be done 12+w in advance like diet. It would help to have more info about you/DH. Just use the search function to look up things like the LE (low everything) diet, and I suggest reading all the stickied posts in the Gender Swaying and TTC a Girl forums.

Also, all men make exactly 50% of each type of sperm. Anything else is impossible. What YOU do in terms of diet and lifestyle matters most.

How are you Maiden? Are you 5 or 6dpo?

5dpo but around midnight here. I wish I were 6dpo! No symptoms but that's good in my case. I'm trying to wait until 13dpo to test.

Almost certainly tomorrow morning (wednesday) Right in time for dh starting night shift :(. But I refuse to stress about it, we bd tonight (Tuesday, his last day shift) with following smep then likely will need to bd Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. Hoping we miraculously get our bding done in the afternoon prior to him leaving for work but again I'll take it day by day and hope our ds's allow the chance :) What I'm really really hoping is I get my peak reading and o tomorrow. This has happened before and my opk this morning looked almost positive. I'm tempted to test again tonight to see if its solid but I'd rather just play it out and see what happens - trying to reduce stress lol

Pinkin I would also agree with PBN, getting a personalized plan from Atomic is a great way to go. I got one for my boy sway but she personalizes it for each person and there situation and will answer all your questions in the coaching area. Definitely worth the money in my opinion.

Very upset doc wasn't in today nurse said I don't need levels checked unless I'm bleeding heavy wtf! Spotting goes from pink to brown. I'm just gonna call back tnrw and complain and demand my levels checked

I know my doc would if I asked (which I will be as soon as I get a bfp :) ) hope you get to talk to your doc tomorrow and he/she agrees to do it otherwise maybe find another gp that will. Takes nothing for them to write out the order. How frustrating for you!

So i got my results back.

Progesterone was about 60 us measurement 19 aus.

Thyroid was 1.4

Hcg negative

Im thinking maybe lining.... not sure what else could be going on

Oops progesterone is about 6 us measurement not 60

Well would you believe I decided for some reason to test at 2.30pm after drinking fluids all morning and got a solid smiley. I may just o tomorrow after all which was what I was really hoping for!!

I will try with a plan I think I'm 36 just and I do have regular cycles and have no problems at all internally with my uterus or anything like that. All perfectly fine I hear, apart from not being able to keep hold of either of my transfers😰 I just have a low Amh which I found out means I have a premature decline in my ovarian reaerve. After all the stims and stuff I have to hope that there are still some quality eggs in there . To be honest ever since I found it it's made me feel like a shrivelled up old woman, it really hit me hard. I will have a read on site and see what I can find and send a pm to atomic as well about my plan xx. Thanks for your help and best of luck with the next baby ... Don't give up I'm sure a bfp is just round the corner. It's so hard and emotionally draining tho isn't it , the hoping, praying, waiting, crying, trying again!!!! It's been like his now for over 12 months xxx

Hi and welcome! So sorry that IVF didn't work out for you.

Most current girl swayers here on Gender Dreaming are doing:

* LE diet for at least 12 weeks before attempt which is 1500-1800 calories, 40-50g protein, and 30-60g fat a day.
* Skipping breakfast.
* No snacking.
* Fiber supplement with meals.
* 60 minutes of cardio daily OR nothing at all.
* 1 attempt in fertile window (by BD every 4 days OR by BD once at +opk)
* Folic acid or folate only.
* Clomid if you can get it.
* Alcohol and caffeine daily.
* Olive leaf extract for DH.

Most have stopped doing antihistamines, Rephresh/Replens/Sylk, jump and dump, PH stuff, saw palmetto, and even vitex as they don't seem to sway much and only make conception harder.

I am still spotting brown yesterday few times pink and have a stretching feeling.

No pregnancy symptoms past two pregnancy which been miscarriages one confirmed boy from a year and half ago. I was so sick from 10dpo

Princess, consudering your recent history of spotting and possible polyp/uterine lining issue, I really would not be concerned by a little brown spotting, especially as your tests are progressing nicely. But I'm sorry it's stressing you out.

I was looking through my past charts, and only 7/12 cycles TTC while swaying have well timed attempts (I.e. no more than 4 days before O and at least 12 hours before O). That includes this month which I consider a fail bc hardly any semen from my early O day attempt made it inside me. Ugh!

PrincessMom I know it's hard not to but try not to compare the 10dpo to the 11dpo test. The one from today is darker but you're not going to see a huge difference because hcg takes 48-72 hours to double plus test sensitivity and amount of dye vary. FWIW the new FRER aren't as sensitive/don't have as much dye because I've noticed I tend to get better lines with the old style ones.

I hope you're able to get your levels checked for peace of mind and hopefully your bleeding stops soon.

I just took the clear blue weeks and got 1-2 weeks on it with an hour hold I couldn't wait, first time using that test. Still waiting on doc.

Princess, try testing with a CB Digital (NOT the weeks estimator) tomorrow; if you get pregnant then your HCG is at least 50miu. FRERs and CB weeks are around 10miu.

Princessmom the lines look like they are progressing nicely, I am just amazed at the lines because in three pregnancies I never got a positive before day 14 past ovulation but I suppose we are all different. I think it is important that you compare this with your own previous pregnancies as I think you reported that you had similar spotting with one of your previous? if so I might just be normal for you in pregnancy, I never had any spotting ever in pregnancy so that would be a concern for me. Two of my friends were pregnant and one had a lot of spotting early on, we were so worried about it the other one had nothing but the text book pregnancy, the lady with the spotting is not 5 months in to her pregnancy with a healthy baby and the other lady had a missed miscarriage discovered at 10 weeks, so you just don't know. Also it does not seem like it has got any worse, I have never had a chemical or a miscarriage but I would presume that it would start to increase? I am keeping everything crossed for you. Maiden that is so frustrating that the timing was not optimal on so many attempts. I never had any problems getting pregnant but I bet now that am focusing so much on timing, it will take me ages, such a frustrating process x

ALso princessmom, I was wondering, I don't expect you to answer this, it is just something to think about, could the spotting be unrelated to the pregnancy? are you going to the toilet a lot to check spotting? I found the time my AF was late I was in the toilet every 5 minutes checking and I annoyed the skin iykwim? x

I am not checking that often it mostly my "cm" that is light brown.
Doc finally called and is doing a beta for me in 2 hours! I'm so glad!

I spot with all my pregnancies my first I spot one day around 8 weeks and had missed miscarriage found out at 12 weeks. Spot with my daughter and my youngest son for about 8 days straight at around 4-5 weeks, with my oldest I spotted further along. I spotted with my youngest whole pregnancy.

Just scared! And I have low pelvic pressure little side and back pain doesn't hurt just feel different so I'm trying to relax which is hard with 3 kids.

The FRER digis are also super sensitive around 10miu I believe. I'm sure your beta will be great. It sounds like spotting is common for you.

Unfortunately I went out of town on the day of my +opk so couldn't get any more attempts in. Feeling my chances this month are pretty slim to none lol! But yes, I agree that I am probably 2dpo today.

I thought my chances were slim also! FF put me a day behind so I was all confused fx for u!

Princess, your lines are progressing nicely. Spotting is super common. I had it with both my pregnancies as well. The cervix is also super sensitive and bleeds easily so BD, etc can cause bleeding. I have at least one egg size fibroid (I can feel it easily when pregnant) and my boys' pregnancies were pretty normal, so I wouldn't stress about a possible polyp.

Thanks I'm waiting now to get my blood drawn, hate having to worry. This feeling I have on both sides of my ovary area is worrying me I think I had this before not sure. But when I lay down it settles down, but I can't ever sit down! My kids are all over place so I'm trying to relax as much as possible.

Thought I had a FRER left to test with this morning but couldn't find it. Used an IC and it was stark white which isn't surprising since I'm only 9 dpo. I have a 3 pack of FRER that should be delivered today so tomorrow morning I'll be ready.

RE finally saw my Progesterone lab work from last Friday and wanted me to start supplementing. I argued about only be 4 DPO when I had the blood work so we agreed to get it rechecked today. Fingers crossed for a good number.

Tfahn what was it at 4dpo? My RE tested me at 5dpo and I guess they do it for everyone. That way if they don't like the number, they start them on progesterone just in case.

It was 9.37 at 4DPO, I think they were looking for it to be around 15-16 atleast. Do you know what your progesterone level was at 5 dpo?

Really hoping the number comes back higher today to avoid that decision.

As long as you take supplement you should be fine.
I'm hoping I get some maybe that's why I'm spotting
