Glad baby is OK max! Except sorry to hear more bed rest. I asked about Ramzi too and was told the same thing as you. So definitely don't think there is anything in that theory.

Max!! Fantastic news!! How was your dr update?
Ash-haha, sounds like the full moon def triggers something for you!
Shann-glad both of you are feeling better!!
Iwant4-great to hear about your scan! You are SO close to finding out gender!!!
Max-somehow I missed your dr update & pic when I posted! Cute little bean! [emoji173]Glad to hear that it's shrinking...sorry for the bed rest! My coworker is expecting twins and was put on "limited activity." She was allowed to work if she sits all day. She has one of those electric scooters that she has been riding around [emoji4]
Awwww cute bean max [emoji7] sorry about the the bed rest but so happy to hear things are looking better [emoji3]

Thank you so much ladies!!!
We were supposed to go to LA next week to take the girls to Disney, but had to cancel because I can't fly. I was thinking of getting one of those scooters to get around if we went, but doctor won't allow the long flight. I'm not opposed to getting one of those if it means that I can get out and about! Just a quick post to say yay Max, so happy bean is ok, how cute is it?! :D I know bed rest sucks, but look at it as an opportunity to do things you can't otherwise... :)
Sorry to be so brief, MS is on with a vengeance, so much so I had my first vomit this am after trying to be intimate with DH..the smell of erm semen just set it off so had to run to the bathroom :( poor him, he probably feels rejected:(
Anyways, have a lovely weekend ahead, and hope to catch up with you all next week in more length...especially once my in laws go on Wednesday (my parents left yesterday, always makes me so sad, especially because of the girls..M gave my mum a couple of her favorite toys to take back home "because I love you Nanna" I had to hold back tears!).
Mwah!
X
Lmsm - Good to hear from you! Will you be getting the early blood work gender test?
Max- Do your kiddos know yet? Surely they did after the ultrasound? If so, are they excited?? My oldest wanted to talk to the baby in my tummy today. She said hiya, whatcha doing in there? I hope you are my sister bc boys are stinky [emoji849][emoji23]

Aww max! The bright side of this you will get to see baby much more ❤️.
Shan I've had a bad day of ms all day! Horrible I missed my unisom last night and woke up early since it was first day of school. I think it was a tough combo of both!
Lola I've read it has something to do with gravity. I've only slightly looked into it. I should see when a full moon is around this dd time.
LMSM [emoji23] mine wants bj ( sorry tmi) in the am and the smell of my own breath/saliva makes me barf 🤢! Can't do it!! Awww do you live far from your parents?
Kat that's so adorable [emoji38] love the things kids say!

KAt, how cute is your girl? ;)
Oh and yep def doing NIPT! Will go in for the bloods in a couple of weeks ;)
Ash, so couldn't do BJs haha I p'd gag so bad and just vomit then and there lmao
My parents are in France and we're in Oz..so 17,000km apart! ;)
My dd1 stunned me at lunch..I went to put DD2 for a nap, my in laws and hubby were having some cheese with her, and DH and in laws were having a glass of red wine...when I got back to the table, M turns to me and says, out of the blue "when you have a baby in your tummy you can't drink wine"... me, erm yes you're right love, though mummy is not feeling great so she doesn't feel like wine, that can be why too people don't drink too... I think she suspects /feels what is happening, clever cookie :)
shann thats tough :( are you able to take any meds to help it at all?
kat how cute!! how funny is the stinky boy comment :D
LMSM and Ash sorry about the sickness :( im so so glad to be over that hump now, i did a fairly dramatic vom out the car window while we were driving across a huge landmark bridge at about 7/8 weeks this time!!
Hello how's everyone? I am on holidays and at my parents home.

I am now 18 weeks pregnant and everything is okay. Just a bit worried. I went for ultrasound at 17 weeks and tech told me that it's baby girl. I hope that would be wrong.

Hello sumbal great to hear from you !
I am sorry u heard girl. Was it a certified trained tech that made that guess or a private place ?
At 17 weeks normally things r quite clear. Do you have any pics.

Sumbal - what's worrying you? Sorry you heard girl ☹️ So I guess we've had no successful boys sways yet? ☹️
XX - did y'all have any in your group?
Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Oh sumbal. Sorry you heard girl. It's pretty accurate at 17 weeks. Glad baby is OK though. No successful boy sways so far....makes my hope grow smaller each time for mine to work.
And the fact that I plan everything and when it doesn't go the way I plan I get so disappointed is an understatement.
Yes failing without a sway doesn't hurt as much as failing with a sway. I learned this the hard way DD3. I feel its still predominately a matter of luck whether u get a boy or girl.

Kat when is ur scan ?
Sent from my SM-G950U using Tapatalk
Failing at two sways is even worse. *sigh

Aww you ladies! [emoji17] so many hugs! Sorry for gender disappointment. I had it awful with my fourth baby.

Blue - I have my 16 week appointment this Wednesday and I'll schedule the big 20 weeks 4 weeks from then, so thinking Sept 18th week. We are going to the beach that week so I might have to wait until the following week. Isn't yours about the same time? I was only on he diet 4 weeks if I'm honest about it. I'm getting more and more excited about a 3rd girl though. I talked with someone I work with yesterday that has 3 girls with my age spacing, hers are now 6, 10, and 13 and actually got me excited about having a 3rd girl bc she was saying how close her 2nd two are which surprised me bc they are 4 years apart. But, the day before I saw football players going to practice and made me long for a son.
It's crazy Max/LSMS might know before me.
Dreaming - are you going to be ok IF you hear girl at birth? Think it will make that day hard or are you thinking you won't care when she's in your arms?

LMSM how cute! How old is she?
4b2p that's funny! The car behind you were probably like [emoji50] !
Hello sumbal! Sorry you heard girl but I agree things at 17w are pretty clear. Hope you and dh are dealing with it ok.

Bluebooties it was private place. And I felt that she was not as confident. I am having posterior low laying.
Kat. I wish it turns wrong because elders are guessing boy from my belly and all. I wish.
Dancingdiva keep your hopes high. You ll get good news. I tried to do whatever I could for boy sway. What is disturbing me, I heard boy sway at full moon. However with this conception moon was new :(
Bluebooties how many weeks you are on? And when will you know gender?
Ash. Still I am praying that she didn't get it and it will be a boy.
Sent from my ALE-L21 using Tapatalk
Yes mine is September 22nd for now. However i will be too scared to open the envelope that very day to be honest so hopefully soon after i will read it. I guess what's done is done and i will get what has been destined for me. Delaying or avoiding the truth won't change it.
I worry the most about the physical and financial burdens of a 4th kid boy or girl, in terms of private schooling etc and being able to give them mommy time. I am sad that my older 2 are needing to make sacrifices on behalf of their increasing no. Of siblings. E.g. we r going to have to give up on ice skating etc as i simply cannot drag 4 kids around from one practice to another. And no more extra splurging on vacations and birthdays for them as opposed to before.

Ash i know!! we couldnt even slow down because it was a dual carriageway so were going at like 60mph :-/
sumbal im sorry to hear that you were told girl, i hope you are ok xx
bluebooties i think its a similar story with all larger families, we have to have a whole family (8 people) trip every wednesday evening just for our 4 boys swimming lessons and as for holidays we will have to remain in the UK so i totally understand where you are coming from.
but on the other hand there is a saying that is very popular among larger families im not sure where it originated but ive seen it posted about online a lot "the greatest gift you can give you children is another sibling" the way i see it holidays and extra presents etc are nice :) but at the end of the day they are just "stuff" extra "things" if you like.. where as a brother or a sister is someone who is a part of your family for life and i dont know anyone who would trade their family for "things" your girls are getting a brother or another sister who will be a bigger part of their lives and childhood memories than any holiday or birthday present could ever be :)
if you haven't seen any of the posts Maximbella has done about her being one of 4 kids and how the bond between her and her sisters is then id say have a read, the ones on her sway post really helped me to feel i am doing the right thing by bringing another sibling into my childrens lives xx
4b2p - totally agree with you!! I've gone from wanting 2 to 4! Know though if we have a forth it will be adoption, just FYI to everyone bc if this is a girl, don't encourage me to try again 🤣🤣🤣

https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/201...2e395e2f51.jpg On another note, I totally just bought these blankets at Target if this is a girl [emoji175] I think this qualifies me as the worst blue swayer ever [emoji23][emoji23][emoji23]
Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Kat I need those in my life! Your a great blue swayer because you'll be happy either way! Can't wait until you find out. I seriously want to send some of you money just to go pay for an elective [emoji23][emoji23]

Thanks Ash - that was sweet!! You definitely need to look into Cloud Island, a new baby line at Target. Super cute/cheap nursery items. And the sheets are soft. I got several white ones.
Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Also anyone that knows gender, Zulily has Aden & Anais on today for cheap prices!! Their stuff is so soft and sweet. I think they have the cutest boy patterns.
Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
I love those Kat i need to have a look at target
Ash even if you send me money i won't be able to get an elective as there r no elective USG places in like 3 hours of where i live
Sent from my SM-G950U using Tapatalk
Oh and Ash -the ONLY reason it's not killing me is bc this month has been so crazy, like out of control busy so I haven't had time to think much about it. Things should slow down after Labor Day and I'll probably start going nuts.
Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
kat those blankets are gorgeous <3 part of me wishes i could be more organised by knowing what baby is, i have to say for me this is the most frustrating thing about team green
Blue call me crazy but I drove 2.5hours for mine [emoji15].

Ash - I bought tons of used maternity stuff from a friend bc I sold all mine. But I got 40/50 pieces for $200 and I tried on/looked at everything today and it was so fun. I swear her maternity stuff is cuter than my normal stuff. You know I work outside the home though so I have to dress up everyday. Anyways, I'm excited to wear it and it won't be long. It's funny wearing someone else's clothes bc it's not what I would've picked out but so cute. Hers is all black, gray, cream. I'm more of a color kinda gal but this will be a fun change.
Of course I'll look though [emoji23] Even though I need nada!
After I told y'all to look at lyndsay and company I'm kinda "put off" by how much clothes she buys and how much time she's on Instagram. Seems a tad superficial for my liking, but if I buy 1 thing outta her 20 I guess I'm ok [emoji5]
Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
And 4b2p - your not finding out is soooo amazing to me!! Stick with it! I totally could wait bc I really don't think I'll be disappointed either way, but since I've gotten rid of so much stuff I feel the need to know plus, I have a monogram machine and this child will have things monogrammed even if it's my third [emoji23] But it will take forever for me to do it!
Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Kat I agree on lynzynco I would NEVER buy a $200 pair of pants [emoji53] but I am a fan of her stuff from target lol
