None today. I had been cramping the last couple days but it stopped today. I've been thinking it will come any minute for 3 days now.

I'm 5dpo today and trigger shot looks out! Earliest it's ever left my system. Now the fun testing begins. Hoping I get my bfp by 8dpo again!
