The regular progesterone pills you can only take by mouth correct? You can't insert them vaginally? Only the prometrium can be inserted vaginally?

I've got progesterone pessaries, so vaginal use..got them now so will start using them tonight. 2*200mg.
No more real spotting as such, but I pee every 10 minute just to check...this is going to be a stressful pregnancy start for sure
