Will I get an email or should I keep checking back? I've been swaying for two months. DH told me yesterday he would sway this month but then he's done trying... I've read a lot on the site about what I should try but don't know what I should have him doing/taking and I want to start asap since I only have 2.5 weeks before O :-(
Hi, still haven't heard anything from anyone.
I'm desperate to get some questions answered about the best ways DH can sway short term.

Most of the stuff we have DH do is not terribly effective. I woudln't get too worked up about it, but the things that DO help are:Quote:

Things that ~may~ help:
Olive Leaf Extract 500-1000 mg daily started right away and continue on till BFP, at which point he can gradually wean off by spacing doses further and further out till down to one per week then he can drop.
Soy milk/food daily 12-48 oz
Wearing tight underwear and/or taking hot baths
Things that probably don't help at all:
Frequency (either abstain or daily release - neither has seemed to add anything)
Licorice or peppermint - poor results
Cranberry - while I'm not sold on either cranberry or OLE and still use cranberry, it has gotten worse results than OLE. I am really really not convinced on OLE doing anything, however.

Did you get my msg about not being able to see the questionnaire? And when I go into notifications to look at my old swat plan it says access blocked. I do not have authorization to view. So I think it’s something with my settings!! Thanks!!
