I think so! I made a thread about potatoes and Atomic replied saying potatoes are okay to eat and that she ate hers with hot sauce. I use an organic one that’s one 10 calories per TBS just to help with calorie maintenance. I’ve been eating plenty of potatoes with hot sauce!Quote:

Yes parmesan is fine. ALL foods are allowed. No need to limit salt as restricting sodium intake would just make LE diet too hard to do anyway.
Is buckwheat OK once a week on the LE/Alternate diet (for people with possible insulin resistance)? I'd like to make some buckwheat galettes, although they also have some wheat flour in them.
