I wouldn't worry Princess! Parm is acidic, but it is also very high in sodium, so there's a plus! Also since it is such a strong flavor you typically don't need to use much, so I doubt you got a ton of calcium from it being in a casserole. And you didn't eat much of it, so I don't think you should think twice about it. When is your 1st go? I know you're doing CD 12 and 14 but what day will that be? Soon, right?
