You make adorable babies :agree:
Oh my ds2 has the most perfect curly hair, next old person who says its wasted on a boy may get a slap thou ;-)
Southern two very handsome men! When I had my 12 wk scan and found it was two i said to the sonographer I could end up with 4 boys ;-s ekk and she was an older lady and she said i did and I wouldn't wish for a girl now I love having all boys they really look out for me! And when we go out girls pass me their numbers for them ;-) I'm sure you'll find the same!
That's a great pic! He looks beautiful! I prob won't get another u/s unless there are issues... With ds2 I had low fluid and had a million but I don't want that to happen... Not long now 15-17 weeks!
Gorgeous pics southern!! I'll get one more ultrasound at 32 wks to check my low lying placenta. I've had this for all 4 pregnancies. But placenta had always moved up and out of way. This is right of the cusp of their cut off so won't be a prob, I've had placentas closer to my cervix previously. Will be a nice chance to see her again! Hoping no boy bits suddenly grow in the next 2 months! I'm the worst for doubting things when things are good-have to keep looking at my scan pic and telling myself they are convincing girl pics!! I still won't completely relax until she is born and I know for sure! That being said I've already bought some pink things today! Lol
Ah salsa happy shopping post some pics !

I just bought this blossom tree wall sticker for the nursery!
Given in to the maternity jeans and they are so comfy!
Aw southern hes just beautiful, such a lovely clear picture too :D
Love the stickers salsa, we are hoping to do something similar for the nursery. Going to wait till after my next scan at 26 weeks tho just to be sure. I've also bought some girly clothes, cant wait till they get here.
Im on a huge downer today. Car had its MOT yesterday and they told us it buggered and prob wont last 6 months and theres no fixing it. We really cant afford another one but cant really live without one so looks like we might have to take a loan out. It always seems we get some good news and then some bad news. Poor DH is ruined over it as we had just got ourselves dept free. Sorry for the moan but its really put the excitement of our little girl on a back seat and now we have to sort this mess out :tissue:
I'm sorry about your car DTLAG.
Fish, I'm only 19 weeks and I gave up and changed into maternity clothes two weeks ago.
Congrats Salsa! Although it's no surprise, you did have the world's most girly nub.
Daltag I'm so sorry about your car!! What a pain, it seems bad right now but you will work through it and find a solution which will make you feel better soon.
Thanks Mum, lol love your comment about the nub. I can finally stop obsessing over it now!! So sick of looking at that thing-zooming in on my computer so much to study every bit of it!! Lol such a nut case I am! Now I'll no doubt zoom in on the potty shots I've just got!
As for maternity clothes-well you've all seen my bump-I must update coz that was about a month ago now. I'm huge and have been in mat clothes for months!!
Hey ladies have done few updates on roll call thread please let me know who I've missed ;-)
Well done Fish x
I was just wondering maybe lualittleman should be on just for stat purposes cause she had a failed boy sway and found out at 10 weeks via cvs...
Hey wag wasn't really doing it for statical purposes just cause we kept getting confused ;-) I'll add her do you know when she is due? X
No I don't remember but I can go back to the beginning of the thread... I know she left after finding out it was another girl tho
WAG do you have the link to your stats? I'd like to see the proportions.
O I don't have any stats... She was just part of our due date group until she found out she had a failed sway then she dissapeared so I just thought we should add her to our roll call maybe
Any of you think there's any chance my 20 week scan could have changed to a boy? Had a scan at 17.5 weeks and they said girl, my scan is on Wednesday 15th praying its still a pink 1 xAttachment 11165here's my massive bump at 19.5 weeks! I'm huge this time, I'm sure people think I've only got a few weeks left, how embarrassing!
I'm about that size too :) I'm a little farther than you...
It will still be a girl :) relax obviously I can't say it's 100 percent but its a girl
DLTAG- Sorry about the car, that stinks :(
Fish- I love wearing my maternity pants around the house because they're sooooo comfy but still baggy enough that I feel I look kinda silly lol.
Salsa- Love the decals! I'm on the hunt for some too but haven't found one I really like yet.
Mel- cute bump and stop worrying, I'm sure she is going to stay a girl!
Mum 23 yeah mine are a bit baggy but in normal clothes I just feel so fat and frumpy ;-)
Mel it'll be fine don't stress
Ps autocorrect or frumpy is grumpy how appropriate I feel both poor men in my house ;-s
Thanks girls, roll on Wednesday so I can stop over thinking all the time!
Mel i hope wed comes round quick for you but i'm sure she'll still be a little girl.
Well we have narrowed it down to 10 (9, DH doesnt like one of them) names which is a start, what do you think?? We have an odd surname too, grocott (said grow-cot) and alot of names dont go with it. Hoping to get one picked in the next 9 weeks :D
Evie
Skyler
Scarlett
Gabriella
Abigial
Imogen
Keira
Brianna
Courtney
Willow - DH doesnt like
Love Scarlett!
Abigail was on our short list for DD2 and DD3. We've tended to have a short list of 2-3 names then waited till they're born.
I'm finding a name for a boy much harder.
Had a lovely normal anatomy scan this morning which was reassuring. He was measuring about right so I've no excuse for having such a huge bump
I like Evie , and Keira. U finding it strange thinking about girls names after having 2 boys?
Mum to 3 girls , boys names are really hard especially if u want something different, think I'd be stuck for a name if this little one was a boy
Daltag, I love Keira - one of my closest school friends is Keira. She is a beautiful girl who is now a GP.
I like Evie, but here in Aus its very very popular.
Love Scarlett
I like Willow, but if DH doesnt then its prob a good one to cut out and reduce numbers a bit!!
Mum to 3 boys, so glad you had a normal anatomy scan!!
We are calling this little girl Darcey. Its a name I have loved for years and years and years, after my favourite ballerina Darcey Bussell (im sure I mentioned this, but I used to be a professional ballet dancer)
I cant believe I'll finally get my Darcey.
Middle name is Lyn - both grandmothers names are Lyn, so thought we'd honour them as both grandfathers have been used with the boys middle names.
Yeah finding it impossible picking a girls name. The boys names were so easy. DS1's name i had picked from being a little girl (Taylor) and DH picked DS2's name (Ashton) but i dont really like it, never have but i let DH have his way, i wanted him to be called Mason. So i really dont want the same thing to happen this time.
Evie is very popular im the UK too and its really putting me off. We were so sure we were having a boy bump has been Oakley since i was 6 weeks pregnant. Its so hard when you dont fall in love with a name. I've read every baby name book and every site on the net and nothing has really jumped out at me.
Salsa, Darcey Lyn is very cute and girly too :)
Hi ladies...
I haven't been on here for quite a while, I was soooo exhausted I couldn't write anything. I don't know why, but all this preperation for Noahs birthday and the birthday itself was a little too much for me. I never saw this coming, I was so so tired and exhausted all the time now. Finally, today I am feeling human again, lol.
Salsa, congratulations for hearing pink!! What did your kids say? I bet your daughter is very excited as well! I LOVE that sticker in your nursery!!! Really beautiful!!
Oh I love names  Although we are having a hard time picking one out as well, lol. Names are so different over here, we are simply not allowed (socially not allowed at least, lol) to pick "only English" names. Unfortunately. Because we also want to emigrate some day, but of course nothing is set in stone yet, so we have to be a little careful. Right now, we are thinking of Mona Sophie. Not sure yet though, because Mona almost sounds like Noah... maybe. Mh.
Southern, what a great 3D picture of your little boy! So so cute!! You must be staring at it all day long, lol. So sweet!! :HH:
Longing - we havent told the kids!! We are keeping it a suprise from everyone - except you ladies of course! We dont want anyone knowing we found out, so figured it was wise not to tell the kids as they would be sure to blurt it out at some point to someone! lol
So right now, its a fun little secret we have, which makes me smile everytime I think about her.
Mona is pretty, I like it!
Yeahy mum to three good news I find boys names so much easier
Our short list was Benjamin or Daniel this time xx
Congrats Salsa! I knew from your early scan pics this was your girl. Your gender shots are so clear and convincing. Mine were nothing like it! No lines, just absence of boy parts.
Fish, i am so happy for you. I am sure everything will be fine with your little girl now.
I am stuck with girls names too. Maybe Emma or Ella. I still don't quite believe this is actually happening for me.
Love the name ideas, Kiera, Scarlett, Mona
are very pretty. My boys have slightly unusual names so we want to keep it consistent. I thought of Ingrid, Ava or Amelia. My DH is not happy with any of these so I guess we will have to wait a week before due date and then he will have to compromise as we did with both boys.
Anybody had any cravings yet?
Thorz u haven't been on here in ages, isn't your scan coming up soon?
In the first trimester there was a day I would have killed for fish and chips and I don't eat fish
Watermelon is a big one lately and choc almonds
Iced cappuccino from Tim hortons
My other pregs my only craving was vinager and ice at the end
I had cravings quite early with my boys, first one was for coco pops and milkshake, second son a soap called 'coal tar' bit odd I know! I use to carry it around everywhere sniffing it.
This time I've had nothing at all, gone off meat. To be honest I don't really fancy anything! Looking forward to get some cravings!
