So I went back and read the majority of these posts to get to know y'all! Seems like there are 2 recent preggos?! Anyways, I just started swaying this week and hopefully will start trying late May, but might be after that. I have 2 girls, 6 and 3 and would love a 3rd baby. I think it would be fun to have a boy, hence swaying, but would be happy with a girl as well. My husband is still 50/50 about having another baby so that's why I'm not sure when (or if) we'd try, but knowing him he'll spring on me next month he's ready and I want to be ready sway wise too versus waiting to sway until he's ready. And this HE diet is better for me versus my girl friendly/low calorie normal. It's VERY hard for me to not freak out about the fat/calories though, ha! Anyways, I'm hoping we can chat since swaying/baby stuff is on my mind a lot and I don't want to drive my husband crazy [emoji854]

Woohoo, AF just arrived this morning (2nd cycle in a row I get over 12DPO and have AF start in the morning rather than at night) – hoping it’s a sign that my fertility has improved - if so, thanks HE :D
This means, we are officially in our 1st attempt cycle – so nervous and excited all at once!! ^^
@Kat – you’re more than welcome to share with us – one thing is for sure, we can certainly understand hehe
Re calories, it doesn’t have to be obscene amounts of food – you’re much better off anyways eating plenty but balanced with lots of nutrient dense foods - yes, you should eat full fat (dairy etc), but HE doesn’t mean binging out…
If you increase your intakes gradually and ensure you never go hungry and fill up on the good stuff, it will be easy, promise! Plus, the idea with the HE diet is to make a change from your normal diet – so if you barely ate, increasing amounts/quality of foods will already have an effect ;)
well it looks like I am out this month... Huge temp drop today at 13 dpo. I think I am going to try to skip next month because We have a lot a February birthdays in my family. Heres on to june!

We are getting a puppy this month so hopefully she will help me keep my cravings under control for a few months, so many jobs to do around this house before I could allow myself to drift back into that happy pregnancy place:bigsmile: xx
