Thanks TA will try yogurt and fruits, lemon can trigger heartburn I have issues of acids.

I tried warm water yesterday and it calmed the bloating and constipation, had a lil diarrhea this morning(sorry TMI)

I think it's better to take assurance from atomic about adding or altering something in your sway...

Yes - been in and out. I think I need to install the talk app so I can respond quicker and keep up! No AF yet. I am 10DPO now, but for some reason I just feel like it's not happening this time.No faint line yet. I am okay with that because I feel my pink sway wasn't the greatest. Nothing but time, right? Atleast that is what I am telling myself. My sons are dying for a sister and the IVF gender selection didnt work for us. We had all boy embryos!

Hey ruu how are you today? Took opk yesterday at 3pm and dtd at about 9.30 pm 🤞🤞 ovulation pain started this morning so we shall see now!...
