Mummy, I was a basket case reading your updates since I took a break for a while after our chemical. I am cheering you on so much!!! I’m in the time crunch of my life too! My husband actually agreed to give it one more shot after our disappointment last month. So I’m staying positive, but oh how I feel the time crunch.
So I’m thinking the body is gearing up to O in the next few days. We threw swaying out the window and added in some supplements to help that egg quality and lining. Well, hopefully. Carefully watching those OPKs this month so we can SMEP since that seemed to work for us last month.
My only issue is temping this month. I use the Ava but my Ava is acting funny. I wear her for 7+ hours but she’s only picking up 1-3 hours of a sleep pattern. So either I’m sleeping horribly or she’s not working optimally. Ugh. So trying to decide if I should add in bbt with a thermometer or if it’s just too much. Maybe just relaxing and not even paying attention after that OPK would be the smartest. This is a non-clomid cycle after doing clomid for 2 months.

according to ff I had an attempt at 0-5? days so really slim chance but a possibility nonetheless! lots of twinges and cramps off and on and lots of creamy cm- I hate the tww!

Hannahptrussell it's wonderful to see you back! So glad you're giving it another shot this cycle!!! I would honestly just do smep using opks and ditch temping all together. Just add an extra couple eod attempts in after the last smep one. So for example if you got a pos opk cd14 you'd bd cd14, 15, 16 and 18. So I'd also do cd20 and 22? Or even cd21 and cd24 after doing all those bds around pos opk [emoji23] You'll have a good idea if you've oed or not I'm sure. I'm so excited for you!

Noemi going by temps (so far anyway) I'd put o day as cd19? This may change as more temps are entered. I do agree cd17 is a possibility and you may have had a fallback rise on cd19 but again a few more temps will hopefully provide a better picture [emoji4] How are you feeling?
