If you are at BMI 21, you need to stop losing and try to hold steady. At BMI 18.5 you must do whatever it takes to keep weight on!
Thank you sagebrush, m on BMI 23, was weighing 84kg in August didn't know about LE diet so was jus doing water therapy and eat dinner only, but now I weigh 69kgs would like to purchase the plan but less 90 days I would appreciate it thank you

I often do plans for people with less than 90 days. That is no problem at all.
Sorry to continue trouble you, but the link given only have options from 6 months and above, so am I suppose to pay for 6 months or what that is if I need less than 2 months, and is the amount the same as for 90 days,

No not at all - I am now understanding what you've been asking me all along.
We don't have coaching by the month the way you're thinking of it. Most people ask 90% of their questions the first month or two anyway so the work that I put in (making the plan and then answering the majority of questions) happens in that first two months or so. We basically throw in the other months for free. But most of my work and time is done in the first 1-2 months, so I can't really give that at a cheaper price, since that is when I work the hardest.
I hope that makes sense.

I wasn’t planning to start the diet for a year to 18 months yet. But what stage do you suggest I start the diet. As my thought was wouldn’t the impact be better if you lose weight on the run up to trying? Instead of years before and then plateauing (not sure if I spelt that right) what would you suggest. I feel I mainly need help with LE diet, being told what to eat rather than having to work out whether I’m in the rough range everyday. X
