I looked up the name of what I suffered with real bad in my last pregnancy. I could barley walk was on crutches. If I can limit that this time I will try anything.
It's called SPD pubic symphysis disorder. Don't forget to do your pelvic floor exercises ladies.

Thanks for the welcome everyone! I have three amazing children, one girl my eldest and then had ds1 and ds2. I have never tried to sway with any of my previous pregnancies but I would love to give dd a sister and she wants so badly it breaks my heart! I never had any problems conceiving my children but expect to have some difficulties now as am older and trying to sway pink. My dh is very anti swaying, though he is happy to have another baby. He thinks we will end up with a boy whatever we do. I think am going to exercise, skip breakfast, two meals per day, no meat and one attempt in fertile period, wine and see what happens and just accept it is mostly going to be a boy! Looking forward to this journey with you guy's and hope we all get healthy sticky beans soon! Must go to sleep as I have my cardio dvd to look forward to in a few hours!
That made me laugh! On a serious note though, although I am still laughing at your public bone! I got SPD when I was pregnant with my second, so painful my husband had to help me turn over in bed, and I had quite a small bump, even walking was excruciating. I was very active whilst pregnant, running, spinning, gym classes, but stopped for a while when I got SPD, then randomly I got so down not doing any exercise I went to a spin class, worked really hard and I literally felt like a new woman when I walked out! I practically flew out of the room and the SPD disappeared for good! I don't know why, perhaps the tilt of my pelvis on the bike managed to dislodge a nerve or relieve some pressure somewhere, but it was that that sorted it out!
Wauh, XXfh, it's truly amazing how you manage to push your two toddlers and be so active while still breastfeeding and wake up at night. Don't you get problems with your back? I remember when I was at maternity leave with my last two, I used to wealk/run for hours pushing the baby carriage in front of me. This nearly damaged my back so much that I had to spend lots of money on chiropractor to fix it.
Supermummy!

And in which way is your sway different from last time?
