I thought I may have been pregnant with some faint lines on tests but AF started to arrive so ceratinly TTC route will continue. Take care all and good luck in your efforts.

TTC5, sorry! I have heard that a little magnesium in the late afternoon can help... perhaps check that its safe to take and try that?
Already take magnesium it isn't helping.

TTC5, I had horrible RLS during pregnancy also, and I did exactly what Pearl's mom does and it totally helped. I had to walk for a good hour a day and wear myself out, but it was all good stuff because I was in great shape.Quote:
