dloui, how many mg fish oil?
I took 1000 mg and make sure you drink a ton of water that should help with CM
I was taking 2 fish oils with each main meal so 6 per day which i think worked out to be 3000mg per day.
I'm only taking 1500mg per day now but was taking 3000mg
i also took 3000mg but i know were suppose to take 1000mg..
I'm out :( Can hardly believe it...our attempt was TEXT BOOK this time around. Ah well. Onwards!
:hug2: Anchor it sucks when you keep getting BFN's, wish it was easier and we could all get BFP's on the first try!!
