Girlieplease, I found smoothies very helpful. I would usually have one of those as "breakfast" and then a lot of hummus and veggies, soups, sweet potatoes, rice and bread. That's mostly what I ate. I never completely eliminated meat. I still ate chicken and fish 2-3 times a week. I also ate a lot of salads. It was a huge change from what I normally ate so I figured it was good enough of a change. :)

Signingmommy, FX for a fast recovery and for you to O this month. I ovulated on cd24 after my miscarriage but my hcg levels never got as high as yours. I think the highest I got was 513.

I just took another hpt and it's significantly lighter than yesterday's! I am going to take one tomorrow with fmu and see if there is a difference. I didn't think the trigger shot would leave my system so soon! Attachment 29629

Girlie I thought I'd screenshoot my days food dairy so you get an idea. All you other le ladies please chime in if you think there should be something different - I'd hate to lead someone down the wrong path :). Seeing as you're just starting maybe consider having fibre with any meal high in fat (like my dinner). I'm probably going to have to up my intake as I started the cardio at the same time as diet but I'm waiting to see what the weeks weight loss is first. The alcohol is a nip of vodka split between two drinks. I having been diluting it quite heavily with soda water and add a dash of diet lime cordial and fresh lemon. Last night I had two nips to help up calories as was just above1200. *the sodium is quite high for today, I dont actively track it but if I notice its high like today then I try to be close to the same amount under the next day or over a couple days :).Attachment 29631

I'm 10 dpo, AF is due tomorrow. I've been cramping off and on so I'm just waiting. Test this morning (IC) was pretty negative. I feel like I saw a shadow of a line but I think I might just be crazy. Not too hopeful. Hmm as I am typing this I checked FF and apparently AF is now due Tuesday instead of tomorrow. Not sure why it changed..... I was due to O on valentine's day but now it says Feb 15th.

No red meat was what I did for the last 2 years with limited other meats. I guess I'll go back and do cardio again.
