Btw for U.K. Ladies the Covent Garden wild mushroom soup is really good and v LE. I usually make my own soups or veg stews but this is just as good.

I don't think your one all inclusive week is going to hamper your chances especially since you plan on doing the diet for a full 12 weeks before attempt and the exercise will really help your chances and burn some of the calories you'll be eating that week anyway!
Today:
Breakfast (delayed): cinnamon raisin English muffin with a little butter, a handful of blueberries, and two cups of coffee
Lunch: Amy's frozen meal (mattar paneer) and a coffee
Dinner: Pasta Aglio e Olio and a glass of wine
Today : Swiss cheese and salad tortilla wrap
Dinner : small amount of chicken with noodles mushrooms and peppers and a plum sauce
Plus 4cups of coffee throughout the day

Hi. I started LE diet about three weeks ago. I have one question: do I have to count carbs also? Are there any limits during LE?
