We got an email from the principal and she said they were keeping the kids inside for this week which was a relief. It's never been his bad here. These two weeks are crazy hot. I m staying in and the AC is on. [emoji4]Quote:

Sky I've been pregnant all summer once delivered in august and I honestly think I handled the heat better later in pregnancy than I have this time being early pregnancy! The heat here has been crazy for august usually it's cooled down more but we've been about the same as you Lola but it does get cooler high 60s at night finally.

I have never seen this high temperature here before. It's 111 tomorrow and 110 on Saturday and not going to cool down until Tuesday. I guess we are staying at home for the long weekend.

Oh, and Kat...the person next to us in the hotel has 2 older girls (9 and 12) and just had a little boy (he's 3 months old and so delicious lol). I love the look of two girls and one boy...they dot on him and are just so sweet with him. Makes me so excited for either a boy or girl!!

Good to hear from you Sky! Sorry it is so hot. Yuck. It has been in the upper 90s and low 100s all summer and I am so over the heat! Hope you stay safe in such hot weather!
Happy Friday everyone! So after everyone saying blood test is reliable I went ahead and got our gender and we are having a girl [emoji175] I will say I'm shocked (bc everything was so different at time of conceiving versus our first two pregnancies) and a tad disappointed, but I know that will go away. And I know regardless of swaying the Lord determines gender and He chose another sweet lil girl to complete our family. My husband is excited, he didn't really care either way, but I think he'd loved a boy. My oldest daughter will be over the moon happy which is exciting! I'm not ready to tell people yet, think I need some time to process.
