Due JANUARY 2013 ☆ NEW YEARS BABIES ☆

Sorry, I looked at the U/S and I can't tell because of the angle the baby is sitting. I am not a nub expert though (I guess I should be, being pregnant with my 4th boy and all!) I am very glad I found out, and I think the kids are getting closer to the baby because they can call him by his name, etc....We never found out with our first 4 and I am liking this experience. My opinion is if you have any type of desire for one or the other it is best to find out now and work through it before the baby comes. With our 4th child I had a hard time after he was born because for the 9 months he was in my belly I thought he was a girl. Just my opinion. I can't wait to hear if you find out if it is a boy or girl!

Thanks for looking! I think I'm going to go in and ask the tech not to say anything, but not to avoid the area. Hopefully I will see boy bits on my own and ask her to confirm. If I don't see anything while she's on that area, I don't really want her to confirm it even though I know it would be a girl without obvious girl bits. Or maybe baby won't cooperate and I won't know anyway! My appt is 3:30 (EST) on Thurs, so I'll update when I can!

I was and they were horrible! That was like 2 weeks ago, but they have stayed away since then.
I took extra stregnth tylenol (just one out of the 2 recommended caps)

I've started buying up cloth diapers <3 Getting mostly gender neutral in those and some for DD to wear and to share since I'll have two in diapers. I did get some nice little newborn ones in gender neutral color.

I've bought a few little baby items at the resale shops here and there... don't know if I'll be able to use them as they're all boyish, but they were only a few dollars and bought in hope.

Scan is tomorrow but I don't think I want to find out lol... already had one round with bad GD and don't know that I want another!!

Do you have a nub scan pic? If so, Have any clues from it? I think you'll know in your heart if it's safe to look at the screen! :luck:

ah have to keep us updated if you do or dont find out... im defo finding out i cant wait my scan is monday :) i dont mind if it will be out 4th girl or 1st boy but would love it to be our 1st boy. :) xx

We found out!!! I couldn't tell during the scan, and the tech told us when she was taking measurements around the potty shot areas, so DH covered my eyes. But she gave me profile shot that gave away the goods. So with some prodding from DH and the girls here I opened the envelope to confirm. We have a sweet baby boy on the way! I'm in shock and over the moon <3 <3 <3

Couldn't help but notice your sig...my girls always measured smaller than my dates, and I told the dr. I KNOW when I ovulated and conceived...maybe your lo is measuring small cause it's a girl!

Well.. I am back in the hospital. I was admitted a few weeks ago due to a partial placenta abruption and had been taking it easy with some ongoing spotting. Last night I was sitting on my bed and GUSH! Bright red blood all over me, the bed and when I got off the bed dripped down my leg onto the floor. Needless to say I freaked out! My MIL called the ambulance and I was admitted to the hospital. They said it is a chronic placental abruption now and are keeping me here until Monday then letting me go home as they said there is nothing they can do even if the babies are born now. They also said that I will probably be in and out of hospital and at 24 weeks they will admit me if this is still happening. I have a feeling these babies are going to be born really early :(

I'm so sorry, Stacey! I had a friend who had premature rupture of membranes, and like you said they wouldn't take her at the hospital until 24 weeks either :( So she did her own bedrest at home. Maybe you could do that just 3 weeks until they could take you. Will pray those sweet girls stay in as long as possible!

Yes!! I usually get a surge of energy during my 2nd tri, but not this time! Still super tired! But I have to get up earlier to get DS to school and also my thyroid meds keep going up, so I think that's part of it!

Ahhh I was just looking to complain about this!! I barely am up and ready for a nap! My poor ds, I feel like a bad mom not wanting to do anything:( I just want to sleep all day!!!

I know! I am starting to think I'm lazy, but there really IS a good reason for not wanting to do anything! I hope DH doesn't think I'm slacking! I can barely get supper made, and always behind on laundry :/ Prob spend too much time on the computer and looking at baby things online...since i foudn out we're havign a boy, I can't stop looking at little boy clothes and scrapbooking stuff, etc...just WAY too excited!

Hey! Thanks for thinking of me. I am 22 weeks pregnant now and had another big bleed a few days ago. Trying to keep the focus on the fact that I am two weeks away from viability. Obviously I pray that I go wayyy beyond viability but I will relax a little when I make it to the 24 week mark. I had an u/s today and the great news is that one baby is 1 pound 1 ounce and the other is 1 pound and 4 ounces, measuring very well for twins at 22 weeks. I have attached pics of the girls. Ava is the one smiling with her hand at her face. Arianna is the other twin.
