Momania4, have you already got the Clomid? I wouldn't say you were pregnant if you were still wanting to get it.
Oooh Ya good point purple

Purple, I can totally see it!!!
No, I don't already have it and yes, I do still want it. That's a really good point, HAHAHAHAHA!!! DUH!!! OMG, why didn't I think of that?! I guess that I'm going to be waiting it out then. :giggle:
Purple those are great lines!!
WooHoo, congrats again Purple!!!!
TM29 I'm so happy that everything is going well for you and baby! Thanks for checking in :)
AF started for me so I'll see some of you in the June 2WW. Although I would prefer to see none of you!!!
Sorry she showed up Junie :( I hope the next cycle will be your BFP cycle :fx:
Purple lovely BFP's and getting darker today :) congratulations again.
I'm finding the mere 3 days I have to wait to see have I ovulated or not torture!! I'm not convinced my temps are high enough so think I should continue every other day until I know for sure.
Sorry Junie :( I hope next month is your month!!
tm so happy all is going well with your pregnancy :)
Thanks Purple and yes BD is never an "issue" until we are TTC  then it seems to become hard work!!
Temp dip below coverline today at 11 DPO guys. :(
Oh no fefe sorry to read that!!
With a 14-18 day LP maybe an 11dpo dip is not a bad sign (implantation) it may be back up tomorrow?
At what point are your odds no longer favorable for a girl because you've been on LE too long? Going on 4 mos. on the LE diet.
Well I was on the LE diet for 1 year and TTCing for 8 months. I think the odds of getting a girl are just as high, if not higher, the longer you are on the diet. The only way your odds will decrease is if you drop the diet and add additional attempts.
I know it is tempting to blame changes in your cycle on the LE diet or TTCing. I've been there. But for me, the LE diet did not cause my FSH to go through the roof, or my AMH to be non- existent. For you, I doubt the diet is causing your LP to keep getting shorter. I think when we are TTCing we notice things that maybe we wouldn't have before, because we are looking at our cycle and everything with a magnifying glass.
Big hugs to you honey! I hate seeing people struggle, because I know how much it hurts! I'm sending you lots of peace and strength [emoji8][emoji92][emoji94]

I agree with everything XX has said :hugs:
Just a thought, maybe switch over to Atomics fertility diet and increase fat to 60g, which is the upper limit for LE.
Here is the link: http://www.genderdreaming.com/forum/...t.php?p=158282
You'll have to scroll down past the PCOS info and the PCOS diet to get to the fertility diet info and diet

SO…I need some help ladies! I am doing the every 3 day attempt…I BD on CD7 CD10 and now at CD12 my OPK is VERY close to positive (like tonight it will be positive)…should I BD tonight or should I wait until tomorrow? I will not be able to BD until tomorrow night around 10pm (I could wake up at 4:30 am and BD but I don't think my DH will be happy. What would you guys do????
Scared about attempting tonight because both sons were conceived with every other day attempts.
Anyone my age or near in this thread? 38
I answered in the other thread too. I would BD tomorrow night at 10pm. I wouldn't wake DH unless he will be happy.
GL!

Ok. Djmommy, we're pretty close as I'm 39 in 5 short months. I was thinking to head to the fertility clinic now rather than later. It would just make me feel better with an early start. Keep in mind that I've never conceived in life which concerns me now that we're actually trying. There have been many times where we weren't preventing it, just not actively trying and nothing ever happened.
Fefe, honestly I would go now. I have two boys which literally took no time to conceive. My youngest being 2.5 and it seems like my fertility decreased pretty rapidly. I was just seeing my ob for over 6 months and she kept saying oh everything is fine. I finally decided after almost a year to see an RE. I feel like I wasted time. I wish I would have went sooner. If your instinct tells you to go and get checked for peace of mind even, go. But I also try to remember that it is normal for TTC to take a while ( at least 6 month) for relatively younger couples with no issues! Good Luck!!
Can someone remind me what the recommended folate dose is?
Is 800 mcg a day enough? My pills come in that strength and don't know if 2 of them is too much or not ( 1600 mcg)
Thx

Fefe- I would go in NOW! I would tell them you have been not using protection for 6 months and actively TTCing for 5 months. They will kick into high gear for you!
GL and keep us posted!
