I am not planning on having 4 kids. The next one will be our last. I am an only child.....maybe she picked my 2 boys and my hubby already around me. Have no idea M is on my dads side of the family. I will have to ask my dad as I am not close with his side. I have 2 boys now. One with dark hair and eyes and one with light hair and green eyes. So maybe I will have a dark haired green eyed boy next! Or maybe it will be boy/girl twins. Lol she did she a pregnancy very soon and I did take soy isoflavones this month. We will see :)

So i was really happy with my first reading that said boy in March-April (from Kathy) and this one totally contradicts it, saying girl in July. I guess that proves that these things are really not accurate science, they are really just for fun, and i can totally understand how they can upest people. I am not going to get a third done to get my 2 out of three result, i am just going to put my faith in my sway and hope for the best.
Does anyone truly believe that any of the psychics they have used have the gift in predicting their future children? I am guessing not? I do think Cara was very good at reading my personality and what's going on in my life but not so sure about her ability on predicting future children? What does every one else think?
I think they do for some people... reading one of the websites a LOT of comments in the guest book said that she was no more than one month out with their prediction, even for those who have been TTC for over a year she predicted a BFP almost spot on, which is less likely to be a fluke to me. If she says to most "you will conceive within a few months", for most women that would be pretty accurate as that's likely to happen in that timescale for a healthy couple.
perhaps it's the PMA that they provide that makes those of us who buy it relax more and, as a result, conceive?
Was this Cara's website? She said I would conceive over the New Year which I didn't but the rest of her reading was amazing so still hoping she may be right on the girl part but really don't think we would be ttc until middle of this year so definitely not any time soon.Quote:

Half of me is very skeptical, on one hand i think if these psychics can predict the future then why don't they win the lottery or predict natural disasters to warn people instead of making money from people wanting answers to questions that will reveal themselves in the future anyway.
And even if there are legit mediums out there i really believe that they are outnumbered by the fakes. The problem is that if you get a reading and it turns out to be bogus, nothing is done about it, the person will just think oh well that wasn't right for me, in the meantime this psychic goes on collecting money off more people every day who end up thinking the same thing, and most of the time it is months later so we just let it go. I don't mean to burst anyones bubbles but i used to work for an internet based business and the testimonials that they used on their website were fake, written by the owners of the company, so anytime i see testimonials on websites i think scam.
So not to go on and on about this but if i really think about what is on the other side, i would definatly try to communicate with my loved ones after i pass, but would i be telling them when they will concieve and what sex their baby will be? Wouldn't that make me the psychic? I honestly don't think our desteny is set in stone, i believe we have free will and therefor the future can not be predicted.
As if a site owner would post the negative testimonials anyway!! At least with the eBay ones you can do an update on your feedback and say they were totally wrong!!
I have just found a lady on eBay who says,"tell me what gender you want and I will tell you if that's the gender you will get"yer right is that not meant to be your job!
I do it for fun and entertainment. I had a medium reading done right after my mom passes and she told me stuff that only my mom would know and she was very accurate. I do think some mediums are legit but there are lots just out to make money. For me it for entertainment only!

It was a really strange reading. I was quite shocked at her. For one she emailed me straight back which just gave me a bad feeling. I have had 2 others say boy but for some reason I felt a tad mad at her reading as it seemed so far off. Actually just by copying the reading here has made me realise she could be referring to my second son. He has blue eyes (people say they are very big and blue) but at the moment has quite fair coloured hair. He is turning into a real character and we often say that he is going to be really funny wee boy. He is already such a daddy's boy (so much more than our older son) and so interested in cars already. We also say that we think he is very bright in fact everyone in the family says this about him. I have really struggled with the baby but over the last few weeks he seems to have started to settle down and we are finally just starting to enjoy him and I think he will be such a laugh. Cara also said that I was very worried about a child and he would in fact settle down and it would all turn out ok so maybe some of her prediction is coming true. Just a shame we didn't get Preggy over the New Year but we really aren't ready and are thinking of ttc around July/August.
The man Kathy refers to could be someone from my dads side as he was born in England but he would be of no significance to me as I never knew any of my dads family at all.
But really her reading is very far off for me and I think you can actually read a lot into each reading and fit them to suit your own family/life i.e. like saying she could be referring to my current son?
