Jenren, I agree with Maiden on night weaning (that's if you and DS3 are ready for it). I only seem to get pregnant when my babies have stopped nursing at night. With DS1, I night weaned him around 12/13 months and three days later I O'ed then got pregnant with DS2 that cycle. I think what it is with nursing at night, is your body probably figures it's taxed enough feeding a baby during the day AND night, so another baby thrown in the mix isn't the best idea. I know there are women who O regardless of how much/when they breastfeed but I also know that some of us need to reduce/stop nursing in order to get pregnant. Also, this might sound crazy but both times while I was nursing to help bring on O, I slept in total darkness for awhile (as in no street lights, moonlight etc just complete pitch black darkness is what you want) then did a couple of nights with a night light on in our bedroom. I think it's called lunaception...it's supposed to sync your cycles with the moon and trick your body into thinking it's a full moon (O time). I know it sounds out there but I think it's worth a try. It did seem to help but maybe it was just a coincidence.
