wowww ladies, i've missed so much! i haven't gone through all the posts since the last time i was on but i hope to catch up as we go. I'm now starting to feel and eat better. The all day, everyday nausea and exhaustion hit me haaaarrrrddddd. I still have awful food aversions which is annoying but much better to deal with than the nausea.

So my update !!!! we did the panorama test and the result is a healthy girl :cheer::cheer::cheer::cheer::cheer::cheer::cheer:: cheer::cheer::cheer:

i know it's very accurate but ahhhhhhh i am finding it so hard to believe lol

Hi ladies. I've been feeling a but off all weekend. I've been having cramps on my ride side with sharp ones here and there and lower back pain. I just thought it was normal and ignored my dh all weekend when he asked me to call the ob. To satisfy him I called today and my ob wants me in tomorrow for an u/s. Now I'm nervous and kicking myself for not calling earlier.

Im not an expert with nubs but from what I can tell, there is a nub visible in the top photo but not the bottom one. I think its the little white horizontal line that is directly above where the yellow measure line finishes on the right. will you be getting another u/s soon or waiting for the 18 week scan to find out gender?

@jgojah - omg so happy and excited for you, what wonderful news :) I remember feeling like I couldnt believe the results could be true with my daughter, but they are very accurate, enjoy the feeling xo

@Wishing4Pink - I can understand being nervous about it, its so hard to judge when something is nothing or if it needs to be looked at because we feel so many darn things when pregnant. goodluck with your scan, I hope it goes great and bub is perfectly healthy xo thinking of you

How far along are you?

I experienced quite a bit of cramping and pains on my left side from about 5-10 weeks - on and off

Everything checked out ok and the doc said it was probably ligament pains.

Praying it's the same for you

Everything went okay at my 10 week appt. I was super nervous to hear heartbeat, but she found it in a minute and it was strong and steady at 168 bpm.
We decided to proceed with home health. Downside- I'll have to have zofran pump (kind of like a insulin pump but for zofran and a bigger pump). Upside - I can get IVs at home.
Drew the NIPT. We'll know next week if our light sway worked.

Thanks missiz! Thanks for the input! I haven't gotten any responses on the ultrasound board. I guess its too difficult to even guess lol! I did send the pics to the gender experts yesterday so hopefully I'll get an email soon as to what they think. I will be going back on Monday for another ultrasound and then I will probably go at 16 weeks to find out the gender. So I just have another 4 weeks to wait to but it seems like forever!! :nails:

Well I got my cell free tests back and my sway didn’t work. I’m having a boy. All of that for nothing I suppose. In spite of my best intentions I think I allowed myself to get too hopeful after seeing all the success stories on here. So now I’m a sway fail and I’ll have 3 boys.

@Thinkingofthree - oh I'm so sorry you didnt hear pink, it is very hard not to get your hopes up when you work hard on a sway and see others getting their DG. We are here if you need someone to talk/vent to, no matter what your feeling we are happy to listen ok xo I'm sure you will fall in love with your little boy when he's born and eventually you wouldnt know what life would be like without him xo

i hope gender experts are right for you. they were wrong for me both times (although RAMZI theory was right for me). My doctor tends to flip the screen at my first appointment and I pointed that out to gender experts and they just ignored me lol.

Hopefully on Monday you will get some clearer pics :fx:

I'm 6 weeks and 5 days today.

I've had ligament pain and this is different. Thankfully all is well and I'm breathing a little easier. The heart was beating at 174 bpm and little one is in the uterus. OB doesn't know why the painful cramps and bleeding, thinks it may be due to scarring. I'm just grateful little one is where it's supposed to be and will take it slow and report any more bleeding as my Rh factor is negative and I'll need another shot of rhogram.

@Wishing4Pink - so relieved to hear everything is ok, thats a lovely fast heart beat, Im glad you went and got it checked. Ohhh im Rh negative too!!! I have to get injections aswell. with my DS2 I had multiple unexplained incidents of bleeding so I had to have lots of extra injections to make sure I wasnt building antibodies. Its strange the things you find out about yourself once you start having kids, I had no idea I was Rh negative until I got pregnant with DS1 :)

Missiz thank you! The support of this group is amazing. The things we learn about ourselves through pregnancy are amazing but that darn rhogram shot hurts! With DS3 I too had a lot of bleeding and received that shot a lot.

I really don’t know why I did this, knowing Ramzi theory has been debunked and seen so many failed predictions by gender experts.
I did it probably out of boredom... but now I think this was a wrong decision. Now Im all hopeful their right and I have to remind myself every minute I still don’t have any scientific proof or anything that leans me to a girl baby.

Plus, chinese gender says girl (i know i know) its been wrong for me 2 out of 3 times haha..

And my only single pregnancy out of 4 Ive had morning sickness (i know as wellll it means nothing)

I just wish my hopes wouldn’t be as high as right now. My fall when I hear boy is just gonna hurt even more.

I did the same thing and they told me girl as well but I try to remind myself that it’s all for entertainment. I also sent them my nub shot since I didn’t get any responses here and they still haven’t emailed me back. It’s coming up on 48 hours. If they are unable to tell I would like a refund. I’m just trying to gather myself to hear boy. I know this is my last baby and I guess I’m just holding on to the tiniest bit of hope that it could be a girl. I hope you get your girl!!

haha yes the injection definitely stings lol I had to get a steriod injection for my DS2 in an attempt to mature his lungs as they planned to do an early c-section, and holy moley!!!! that was seriously painful :( it stung for hours and I couldnt walk properly without my bum cheek hurting hahaha I ended up having a reaction to the steriod which could be why it hurt so bad but yea, I dont like getting shots.

Hey ladies! Congrats to all who know the gender already!

So I am 6+5 today and I just tried the pH if urine test. It was 6.75! Boy territory. Anyone do this and get a high on and have a girl? I don't really see how urine pH can be related to gender of the fetus but just curious!

Also, I have not had a lot of symptoms yet! Not trying to complain but it worries me that baby is going to miscarry.
Usually by 6 weeks my symptoms are very pronounced and there seems to be some comfort in obvious symptoms. I do have some- bloating, light amt of fatigue, hungry a lot, hot flashes, and light-headedness. But no MS, not very tired, and pulling pains have stopped. I am worried there won't be a hb next Wednesday at my US...I will be 7+4. I know it's early but I just have a feeling somethings wrong

Urine tests for pH during pregnancy do not work. We have had people test the principle and they could change the outcome of their tests just by eating different foods and then testing again.

Thanks atomic! I really didn't understand how the heck it could have anything to do with what gender the baby is but thought I would try it anyway. It was the only one I hadn't tried before and it makes sense it isn't accurate bc I did the baking soda test last time and it said girl

Hi everyone!

I think I'm 11 weeks today. Thank God, my nausea has lessened. I still have nausea, but I'd describe it as mild now, so that's a blessing, also it doesn't last all day anymore.

So exciting that people already are knowing gender! I didn't make an appointment yet, but I don't think I'll get an earlly gender scan because I don't think that's covered. I think I'll have to wait until 20-24 weeks for my big scan.
