We have found data indicating that the sodium aspect almost certainly cannot sway in the ways that the old school swayers claimed that it did. Your body just holds on to more sodium from foods when you cut back on it and the levels in your body never change a bit (and we had people who did blood tests before and after mineral balancing diets and their sodium levels in their body actually went UP on the low sodium diets!!) Most of us have totally given up on that element and we have only improved our success rates since we did.
