Wish I liked sweets and pop!!!! But I love having guilt free pasta and garlic bread :)
No I'm not BF but I've stuck to the upper limits of the diet through personal choice. I burn 800-850 cal daily Monday to Friday and 350 on Saturday so don't want to waste away :)
I'm sad...just found out that I ill not sway my baby in August. We have to move to October-November. Have some family problems and my hubby dosent even want to hear about this now.. He has his head somewhere else and he is waaayy to upset to help me with my sway these months...
What should I do? Any suggestions??
Should I drop folic, aspirin and LE diet until then and just start them in September again?
I can keep it and also continue with "no meet" but I'm afraid it wont have the same impact when I will most need it...Atomic wrote somewhere that 8-12 weeks is the best we can do for a sway with high succes....
uoooofffff, I'm soooo sad...
I would start everything back up 8 weeks before attempt at minimum. I'd hate to see you develop a tolerance to aspirin & other supps over the next few months and then when you need it to work it doesn't. Just my two cents though. :twocents: Hope everything's okay with your hubby. Good luck!! :bighug:
That sucks MyBy. I'm sorry your hubby is having a hard go 💔

I'm so sorry MyByC! I would drop everything (the aspirin slowly) and start up again about 6-8 weeks before attempt.
I'm having lots of trouble convincing myself to go back on the diet after my time off. I'm thinking maybe just exercise, reduced calories and fasting until AF comes and then jumping back into LE all the time. I so don't miss it at all.
That's tough MyByC.
Like the others said wean off the aspirin slowly, maybe stay vegetarian as much as possible and pick up your sway again closer to TTC time.
Junie I had trouble going back on LE after our loss. It's hard once you've had a break.
