Ah Bless you greese. I know how you feel I think. There is some guilt that your body let you down, why me, your robbed of the birth you dreamed of, you wasn't ready etc. I does go in time. You need to wait to realise for yourself it was all totally out of your hands. Yes I still feel like my body is a bit rubbish at making babies but I can forgive it now as I do have my lovely kids safe and sound with me. My womb doesn't have to be the best damn womb in the world. It just needs to do what it says 'on the tin' ie get my babys safely into this world. You will feel yourself again soon, but don't rush it and don't feel bad about how you feel.
I can't imagine how hard it must be leaving her in hospital but that too will be over soon. The harder you fight for your baby the more you will feel overwhelming protectiveness. It will make you stronger too. But you are already one strong mummy! Thoughts are with you x
Thanks MB, that's exactly how I feel!! I had plans and none of them involved NICU and c-section :/ I didn't think I was asking too much but I guess I did lol
I hope it doesn't take 6 weeks/months for my BP to regulate itself :(
I was on bp meds for six months with my first and a year with my last. It's left me with borderline / high bp but that's supposed to be pretty rare - I'm the unlucky one it seems. I don't think your bp will come down fully until dd is home and you can relax with her
Yeah, I am still on medication. I have a patch that lasts a week that I need to change every week and e are just working on getting it regulated!!
1 week to go!!!!!! Countdown! :) We finished the nursery and we are just waiting now, I am getting so excited I'm having trouble sleeping. Lots of BH, hope she doesn't decide to come early.
This is her little 'cave' :)

So nice!!! Where did you get the rocker?? I have wanted one every pregnancy and I am not going without this last time...I hope;)
I know how you feel, I didn't get one last time and my back paid dearly for it, so this time I decided I needed one, but didn't want to pay the $$$ they cost and most of them are so bulky, and my nursery is tiny. I decided to have a look on gumtree.com.au (I'm in Australia), it's in used but great condition and it cost me just $40!!!! And even better, it was advertised only blocks away from my place, I couldn't believe my luck! And it's pink!!! :)
Aidansmum- what an adorable nursery! I love the wall decals. I'm inspired to get my nursery finished too.... due very soon but I feel he won't come until next week.
Took me 4-6 months with last one to get bp down they had me on highest dosage QUOTE=maybebabythree;604887]I was on bp meds for six months with my first and a year with my last.
