I'm doing pretty good. We had a whoops on my O day because my OB said that if I hadn't o'd by cd24, then I probably wasn't going to. So, we dtd and then afterward, I did an opk and it was a solid smiley! I couldn't believe it!! So, now I'm 12dpo and waiting until 14dpo to test. I don't think it's going to be a bfp, but who knows. Boyzmommy, I have a stabbing pain with all my pregnancies. Including this one. dS2 was on the right side and this is stabbing on the left side. I was so convinced I was having an ectopic with ds2 I went in for blood work. Obviously everything was fine! I was having it like crazy yesterday.
Just thought I'd share a pic of an evap line I got on my 7dpo frer test. This was after the test had dried. Needless to say it got me abit excited however after a couple hours the line was completely colourless. Well, DH has been saying he really, really didn't want to ttc anymore but it would be fine if I did get preggo. So, we weren't planning it. My OB said we can try again as soon as we want, since I passed everything on my own. I think the miscarriage was a result of my blood clotting disorder (MTHFR). If I do get pregnant again, I'm definitely going to go to a MFM. I'm also switching OB's. I wasn't very happy with the way my OB handled the situation and I don't think she believes that I actually have a blood clotting disorder :rollseyes: because she keeps saying, "You're too young to have problems like that." WTF does that even mean? Obviously, I'm extremely frustrated with her and am not fond of her passive way of providing care. I'm going to do some research, just in case, to see if I can find a doctor who will actually treat me properly. From my research, I need to be receiving Heparin shots daily while pregnant in order to avoid a miscarriage. She keeps referring to my past successful pregnancies where I wasn't on blood thinners, but at that point (10+ years ago) I also wasn't yet hospitalized for 3 TIA's (they're strokes without the long term effects of them and how my blood clotting disorder was discovered). My disorder is clearly much worse now, which I think would dictate additional protective measures. You know? Sorry for the long answer. :oops:Quote:

I am struggling with the same thing. One minute I'll be thinking of moving on with my life and doing things I can't do with a new baby, and the next I'm crying because I'll never have my DD. It's a very difficult thing to deal with. It makes me much more sympathetic to my mom, who keeps trying to get me to carry an adopted embryo for her (she had a hysterectomy a few years ago which triggered her desire for another kid despite being 62 and having 4 DD's and 2 DS's). I always thought her desire for another one was completely crazy, but now I can kind of see where she's coming from. I hope you don't have to make the decision to stop because you get your bfp. :) I'm rooting for you! :bighug:
Thanks momamia! And wow thats quite a thing for your mum to ask! I hope you're able to find an ob that makes you comfortable and actually listens to you! I'll be stalking for your update in two days time!
