I scoured IG and I can't find them saying anything expect it's OK, including Tamara but maybe that changed since 2008 when it was posted. If it were the case you think they'd have it posted and be in their handbook that was updated in 2010. Augh! I need to decide since I got a +opk a little bit ago. Should attempt tonite then but annoyed my fertile focus didn't show any fernning this morning but opk +. I will check tonight w/ smiley face opk to be sure. I really don't want to take any chances so might just go w/ EW. It's not that I don't believe you Lola just wish I could find in and be sure. I want a BFP this time.

Sorry about the pms, that was another little bit of mourning but positive since it means you s/b ready to ttc again.

The clothes thing is hard. I definitly weigh more than I ever have right now - being prego, and all I have is tighter fitting tops. I hate to buy stuff at this weight and you were right about things to wear during 1st trimester, but I have no idea what to even buy to fit my new body type. I cant go back now and lose this weight till I get a BFP. I don't feel like I eat sooo much that I should have put on this weight but cleary I am.

hey guys, ive been avoiding this thread bc its SOO long! where do i start? ;-) but i did peak in and saw that L-arg has been messing with ppls cycles. making cycles longer. im already a long cycler around 31-33days. should i even bother with the l-arg. i mean i dont have much more time to test. i want to start dieting and supplementing in july. and for those who did experience a messing of yoru cycle how long afteryou took l arg did you notice?

also any other T raising supplements for girls that are recommended? thx!

im so sorry MFC! dont think of it as all for nothing bc youdid try and it did get you somewhere and you learned SOMETHING from it right??? i totally understand tho aboutspending the time money and effort..it IS a lot of work! good luck to whatever you decide. maybe you can just take abreak right now and focus on watching your existing kiss grow..thats what i keep telling myself too. im neglecting them! and i feel so guilty. but good luck whatever u decide!

Which ones have hormones you are looking to stop. I don't think any of my supps do except maybe fertilecm

That's what I did. BSF 1 hr. before attempt and EW's right before attempt. Was more like a 1 1/2 hrs really since it took me a little bit to hit the Big O before attempt.

Gizmo, I wouldn't touch L'Arg if you haven't got time to mess around ... the only reason I tried it was initially we were not going to TTC til October, so I figured I'd just see if it messed with me or not. Some people have no side effects except positive ones from it. I took it last cycle for all of 3 days before AF was due and AF was 2 days late, and I'm never late. Maybe it was coincidence but I'm blaming it anyway :-) The only way to know what it does for you is to try it, but like I said, if you don't have time to kill or if you have a super regular cycle as it is, I'd probably stay away from it. I was thinking I'd take it again b/c it would be more ideal for me to O a few days later this cycle, but I'm kind of afraid of it now so might just let my cycle be.

Anyhow, I do like EPO for me. It upped my CM for sure (though took about 3 cycles to see a real difference) and didn't change my cycle. Honestly now that we're TTC in June I think I am going to drop all the supps but folic acid, my prenatal, and EPO from AF-O. I'll do ASG AF-O too, mucinex 5 days prior and until O, and some BSF but I'm not going to do eggwhites.

I think gelatin is good for raising T! Loads of protein and amino acids. Disgusting though.

YAY for the +OPK iLuv!!! Hope counseling session is good today! Though stress can be good for TTC boy ;-)

Cemas are your cycles back to normal? I remember you taking the soy that month on IG and having the mega cycle. Do you know when your next attempt will be?

OK, got a positive opk at 11 am but maybe the line wasn't darker and I can't tell now since it disappeared so it might be a fade in. Probably will wait till tonight do a smiley face and DTD tonight or in the morning?? I don't like the morning though cuz I don't get to sit w/ hips propped and have to start my day right away. I like the night where it's more leisure and no pressure.
Not sure what to do. waiting till tomorrow night might be too late. It would be really nice if this was more simple.

iluv i am stopping royal jelly, dhea, pycnogenol . Will just do FA, fish oil,zinc and potassium.
