Sound good to me Girlieplease, nice and varied too. I either run or speed walk, as long as my heart rate is raised then I'm guessing it's good.

It's more important that it's any kind of cardio for 60min. Even leisurely walking for an hour is fine. It is slightly better to walk briskly/power walking but any cardio is good. Running is fine but it may cause people to lose too quickly and either need to eat more or stop exercising to bring back ovulation. Unless you were an avid runner before swaying, it might not be sustainable if it takes more than a few cycles to conceive.
