My regular doctor said I should start baby aspirin as soon as I get a BFP, but Atomic told me that the blood thinners need to be in your system before BFP so that baby can implant properly. So I started taking baby aspirin daily but was getting bruising so switched to 3 times a week M/W/F and have been fine with that.
