Hope.ful if the diet splash contains artificial sugar (splenda, sucralose, aspartame, etc.) of any kind then it wouldn't be recommended for TTC boy, just FYI!

this is salad for anytime.
lettuce, tomato, orange pepper , cucumber and some feta cheese
with roasted chicken and hard boiled eggs
we put dressing made with acv on the salad.

Yes, I would not recommend any diet juices for blue swayers, unless they're sweetened with stevia or truvia.
To reduce the calorie content of fruit juices, mix them half-and-half with club soda.

I was looking at the recipe for the knox jello jigglers. The recipe posted said 2 cups juice (1/2 cup cold)...does that mean 1 1/2 cups room temp and 1/2 cup of it cold???
Also, are we supposed to eat the whole tray in one day???
I take it out of the fridge and use 1/2 cup cold mix it with the gelatin and make the rest hot in the microwave and add it to the cold one. Mix it well and put it back in the fridge. If the juice is not hot it will not make a nice hard jello.
And because we suppose to drink 3 bag /day then I think yes we have to eat all this in a day.
But my kids and DH eating it away from me every time , so Im sure I have to drink it when I ttc.

This one is cooked with whole milk and raisins. Add truvia and some cinnamon (or cocoa ) on top. yummm

This is cooked in water then add peanut butter and mix it. (sorry but I don't like it ...) lot's of ppl love it cooked in water .

it's peanut butter and raisins on celery sticks easy peasy all my kids love it ( you can also add cinnamon)
