Also got 2 different special K cereal I was thinking maybe for night time... wanted to buy almond milk but didn't because it says 45% calcium on the box! The regular milk is 35%! So what now? (because some girls drink the almond milk here)
So oat cereals are better. I don't know about it a thing have to find some!
