Latest update from a few hours ago:
"He is awake! All tubes are out, called out mommy, got mad at him for telling him no, then he said he was hungry and he had some juice!!! He also said mommy!!! And said mommy again!!! And everyone heard it so it wasn't my mind playing tricks on me!!! He is now sleeping and I am also going to bed! Cause I cried, because..well he said mommy Praying tomorrow we get a good report of any possible brain injury! Preparing for the worst but hoping and praying for the best!!!! We are still not out of the woods yet and we have a long road ahead of us, but we are making progress!!! I cannot even begin to describe how much all the love and support that was given to my family and I means to me!! I can spend an entire lifetime and it would still not be enough!!!!!! THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart "
