That might be a good alternative

It's yummy too. :)
After Google of low gi, it seems instant noodles have a low gi so would noodles be OK on the Pcos diet daily? Maybe without the sachet flavouring but with some added veg. And possibly low salt stock? Noodles are easier to eat than pasta, what do you think?

I personally prefer that you guys focus not on GI but on cals, protein, fat, I just think that you start looking up GI stuff and it's another thing to sit and think about. I personally wouldn't do a lot of noodles if I had PCOS. Potatoes and rice (even white rice) seem better tolerated.
bump! I know a lot of people need this thread right now!
Hi ladies.
Can anyone help me with ideas for veggies ? I've come off a low carb diet to sway girl and I'm so used to being strict about carbs I need some ideas for veggies I can eat with PCOS that are still moderately carby ( only so much zucchini and cauliflower etc a girl can eat with out the yummy fats and meat ) and within the Le PCOS diet.
What veggies are you eating ? I've been having eggplant , peas, corn , zucchini, salad veggies
Ho hopeful I roast red pepper, zucchini, red onion, mushrooms and asparagus with a garlic glove and chilli flakes. I either put it in a pitta bread with a little hard cheese or add a tin of chopped tomatoes and a teaspoon of harissa pasta and bring it to the boil on the hob. Hope that gives you some more ideas.
Pumpkin, butternut squash, spaghetti squash :)
