Ttc, keep up with the cardio in the 2ww. I did with all cycles ttc and now I just got my bfp :)
Ksmom, hopefully it's just early!

Blue Bear, I just use my local store brand. I'm sure there are much better ones but they're expensive. Especially coq10.
After I initially had my chemical, I felt it was a good sign I could get pregnant but now I'm getting those feelings of worry again. It was pretty tough to have a bfp for almost a week before my betas confirmed it would be a chemical. Then I had to wait days to start af again. It just felt like a bunch of time wasted. Okay back to my positive affirmations and visualization! ;)

Hi purple, yes exercise is probably the only sway element I've stuck with by the book and am being v strict with. At least an hour cardio about 5 times a week. I've run almost 50k this week and was just wondering if you could over exercise or if too much could affect chances of conceiving?
Taytum don't you find out gender this week?!
Ttc, I think the only way overexercising could cause you to stop ovulating/reduce conception odds is if you lose too much weight or your net calories are too low. I stopped ovulating after introducing exercise so I reduced it from 5-6 days/week to 4 plus I upped my cals a bit.
Hey welcome back maiden :) I was wondering if you would be back from your break soon. Unfortunately I'm still here ttc. I hope you aren't here for long and get a bfp soon! :)

Thanks ksmom, I just suddenly wondered if pushing myself so hard and all that jigging up and down would affect the egg fertilising or sticking! Silly I know.
LOL Ttc I get what you mean. At 3 dpo DH sent me to the salon for some pampering but the massage chair I was in jostled me around so much it made me think it would knock something loose. :giggle:
