Don't worry at all about the Rephresh Lemon - I used a whole tube 48 hours before we conceived and we used Aci-Jel too. You don't need to worry about the Vitex either, you can take it right up until you O before taking the 2 week break.

If you're still 4 days away from O, you're still fine with the Rephresh. If you're using it as part of your sway, you want to have some of it in there when you O - it will help keep your PH from going to high when you have dh's sperm in there too. Some women on here have used a whole tube within 24 hours of O and still gotten pregnant, but I think that can lower your chances. Using some 3 days away from O is perfect because it will still be in there when you O, but not in as high a concentration. Maybe you could just 'top up' with a fingerful or so tomorrow or the next day, then as long as you O on time, it should still be doing its work when you need it.
I take Vitex 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off from af until O (it's not safe to take it during the 2WW). I started taking it the day after my m/c and I'll continue to take it until I know I have O'd. I take 2 400mg pills a day - one in the morning and one at night.
I didn't do a cut-off last time. We dtd every day from something like O-3 until O day. We didn't do frequent release, but before we dtd the first time I had dh release twice in one day on O-4 then one more time on O-3 before we dtd.

I was next door tonight holding a 7 week old girl....and now I cannot stop crying!
I just want to experience a girl so badly. Of course, with 4 little ones running around it turns to gender. It drives me nuts!
I feel less pretty and less of a woman for some reason. Does this make sense! I guess it is hard as well bc they are turning older.
They even joked about the ideas I would get about another one. It was so hard.
And then, the worst part is they talked about how after two boys the odds go up and up for another boy. I am devastated!

400 mg, and I take one pill twice a day.
{hugs} I would personally have another attempt before O day rather than leave it as a 4 day cut-off. How about you have another attempt 2 days before O (so long as DH is releasing in between)? I would probably top up with Rephresh 3 days before O - that way you have some more in you for your next attempt (but not too close to it) and also enough to last until you O. I took 1000mg of Vitex each day. Are you sure yours aren't 800mg? Good luck x

lemon - most women O between 24 and 48 hours after a +OPK. If you dtd tonight it will probably O-1 (or maybe O-2 if you're someone who Os a long time after +OPK), which IMHO is perfect for your attempt - it will give the rephresh a chance to lower your ph before your egg is released. I know it can be scary when you feel like your sway is identical to how you got your previous children, but I agree with rainbow that if you've had other lifestyle changes your attempt should still be different enough to up your chances of a girl. Try to breathe and relax - you'll feel better once you've had your attempt because by then you can't change anything about it.
