I’ll definitely keep y’all posted! We had a loose seat with our last and ended up with our 3rd boy. Our first was a girl so we would love to have another girl. When swaying became miscarriages became not getting pregnant, we decided to just drop the sway and go for pregnant. This month we tried the SMEP plan to the best of my knowledge without OPKs on a clomid cycle. We’ll see what happens!!

All best !! Clomid is the best tactic i hear👍🏼
If hubby is still so careless with contraception after a third child, then a miracle might maybe really happen [emoji6] I left contraception to him, because it was him who wasn't ready for a third not me, and even last year when he really really didn't want to ttc yet, all he did for contraception was pulling out (sorry tmi) [emoji85] so I hope it will be the same after number 3 [emoji6]
Maybe I'll tell DH today. I have my first appointment with my OB today and it would really feel like cheating if I didn't tell him afterwards. My only hope for him to be excited is that we will need a new car with three children and he reaaaally wants this too big and expensive mercedes van very badly. So maybe I'll tell him that he will get his van [emoji85]
May I ask you, if you were secretly hoping for a girl with DS3, wasn't there a bit of disappointment at birth? I'd find a surprise baby really exciting but I'm too afraid that I wouldn't be happy 100% immediately after birth if I don't find out that it is a boy before birth, if it is another boy. I'm thinking about pretending infront of my family though that I don't find out gender. They are so curious and make so many comments about gender that I don't feel like sharing this with them. My cousins and me so far only have boys so already in my last pregnancy they were saying things like "you will get to know your daughter" before the first ultrasound and so on. Really annoying.
When will you have you have your first u/s? Where are you btw, did I read UK?

Last pregnancy I had ultrasound 2 or 3 times at 4 weeks until we finally saw something when I turned 5 weeks. My OB is really nice in some ways, for example he gave me femara just like that... But he definitely has a tendency to cause unnecessary worries [emoji51] my head knows that there is no reason to worry if we don't see anything today but I'm not so sure my head will function anymore after the appointment...
I can imagine those days until end of May will drag on and on... Maybe if you get reassuring results from your tests (and I'm sure you will) you will suddenly feel ready again a cycle earlier? Have you decided on swaying again?

I like that theory, men are usually laid back in contraception so heres hoping it continues. After my 3rd we also did pull out method but nothing happened!
Yeh i think it’d be nice to tell him after, can i ask why you have early appointments? Here in England we only get our booking appointment with midwife at 8-10 weeks, scan if all is well at 3 months. Only should u start spotting that they may book u for in an early scan at 8 weeks.
I remember my first ever preg that ended i miscarriage at 7/8 weeks, i had the blood loss on Sun but they wouldnt book me in for scan until thurs so i had to wait all those days, and although i knew it was a loss i secretly hope it would be ok. The wait was pathetic. Emotionally distressing.
Lol love the thinking of a bigger car, im sure that will make him happy!
I was deffo 100% hoping for a girl, both my and DH family sides all go girl boy girl boy and the fact i had already two boys was shocking. There was some disappointment but i have sooo much going on in my preg worries and then birth, that im so stressed about other things (DS2 had suspected menigitus so in hosp for 3 weeks whilst he had treatment. DS3 i started bleeding heavily at 36 weeks, when he was born he had kidney infection so in hosp for a week for treatment) i dont do thing by halves loll! When we came home i did look at him feel why aint u a girl but tbh it all went after a few weeks. It didnt even get me down in a deep way cos as i say ive had so much history and worries that im just thankful for the healthy bubs i get.
The way i see it if i was to find out i was having a boy durin preg it may just keep me dwelling on fact its not a girl and not enjoy my preg. Yes at birth if i was to hear boy id be a lil disappointment but then your babys in your arms and your so busy/exhausted anyways!
All my friends find out and they tell me to but im adamant on not! I have extra scans so have lots of opportunities to find out but so far ive been able to hold strong.
Alot of people i know find out but just say aint telling anyone, and i think thats fair, it should be your choice if you want to share or not.
Familes eyyy,,, ive been prodicted girls two times mainly cos of the crazy sickness and my sis had girls with her sickness. Didnt work for me though...
Comments can be annoyin just wish people didnt say anythin!
Not yet. H is high fertility on the dual fertility ovulation tester. P is peak which is like a positive opk.
