I honestly think you guys had a great attempt, it just wasn't the month.

Don't worry about feeling more pain on the left - the side you feel O pain does not mean the side you ovulated from.

In term of bd we've been doing eod and then when im ovulating (so when i get dolid smiley) im thinking of doing 3 days in a row for the 3 attempts instead of doing 3 in 2 days so thinking of skipping the morning attempt and doing 3 days in a row will that affect a blue sway?

I prefer the morning attempt because three in a row may end up with the third attempt being after the egg has dropped. But as long as you're doing the EOD prior to that, I'm ok with it since you'll have 3 attempts in the fertile window anyway.

Hi Atomic, i have a question about clearblue digital opk i hooe you can help. I nornally get 2 days of flashy smile then a solid smile ive been using this for 3 months now. Ive been testing since cd9 (recommended by the instructions according to my cycle length) its been begative ubtill this morning cd11 without any flashy in between does this sound normal? I will be testing with another one tonight as i have 2 but im really co fused if i should take this as positive and go with the 3 attempts or not. I "think" i ovulate around 24 to 36 hours after my first solid smiley not 12 hours so more on the longer side if that makes sens so im guessing i will ovulate cd12 or 13 aaahhh im just confused now.

Yes it can go straight to peak. I would have the 3 attempts but if you'd like to wait till tomorrow (agh today!) that's ok.

We had 2 attempts yesterday (i dont want to take any chances lol) so one am after my positive and one really late midnight. We will bd again tonight after hubby comes from work. Im thinking of bd tomorrow as well incase of late ovulation then skip a day and bd again.
I also tested with a different clearblue monitor this am and a different brand which shows 2 lines and they are both positive so im glad we bd yesterday.
I read somewhere exposure to semen can bring ovulation forward but couldnt find it later ia that true? Because we've been having a lot of unprotected sex past 3 months whereas before he has nkt finished in me for a few years.

~Maybe~ but it's all very sketchy and unproven and not at all reliable so I don't really recommend relying on it to do that.

Swaying in general can and does move ovulation all around for a variety of reasons so I think it's just best to keep in the back of your mind that you may O sooner or later regardless of the reason.
