My gosh! Is it possible to have a period with no Ovulation? Cd 19 today and when I went to the bathroom I had some ewcm and pink spotting. I really wanna cry! I have been like a crazy person today.
I don't want AF again already!! No positive opk and progesterone strips were very negative too. I haven't ovulated
It wouldn't be a true period but breakthrough bleeding, instead. But it's also just as possible (in fact likelier) that it's just a little old blood mixing with the CM or a small injury to the cervix.
Well I guess I'll see what the next day brings. I thought old blood was brown. Gosh Atomic I probably seem like a nut, like my body is obviously not cooperating like I wish it would. Its so hard to give up on something that you want so badly . Im just really sad to think that it isnt going to happen.
It can still be pink as it comes off. Imagine a scab coming off; often there's a small amount of new bleeding even though it's healed underneath. Or, it can be from a small injury to the cervix (super common around ovulation when the cervix gets soft) The thing is when there's EWCM, the tiniest amount of blood can mix with the EWCM and make it look like a lot more than it really even is.
I totally understand what it means to want it and worry it's not going to happen. The thing is, even if this is perimenopause, that can go on for years and you can still get pregnant during that time (as many people have found to their dismay.)

Well it hasnt turned into AF so that's good for now.
