Yes, and it's most likely that another attempt would be too late anyway. I am trying to be on the safest side in case you ovulate later on. Not likely but possible.

AF arrived this afternoon. This month I didn't take any medication but only a trigger shot because the doctor asked me to take a break. This cycle, I am planning to take femara. The doctor said to take it on cd 4 instead of day 3. Is that OK with Femara? Does it make a difference?
What should I do in this cycle?
this is the fifth month trying to conceive. One month clomid and two months Femara and the last month was with no medication.

CD 4 is another acceptable day to take the Femara. You can start it CD 3,4,5.

Refresh my memory about everything you did this last month.

This month I haven’t taken any medication except for the trigger shot on cd 15. We bded 36 hours before the trigger shot. Then another attempt on cd 16 (about 24 hrs or 26 hrs after trigger shot)

I had cramps two days ago and today AF arrived but only once when I wiped. Do I count this as cd 1? Or I wait until tomorrow when it becomes heavier? I always have it this way. The first day is nothing but little when I wipe then the next day it becomes serious.

Did you do anything in terms of swaying, though?

And how often did your partner ejaculate prior to the attempt?

Ok we bded this afternoon which is about 28 hrs after trigger shot. When didn’t do anything in the shot day.

So we had 2 BDing: one is 36 hrs before trigger shot and the other one is 28hrs after the trigger shot. That makes 2 days in between if we think of e4d pattern.

In this upcoming month you should have an attempt the day of trigger.

I did the month before which was August. One attempt the day of the trigger shot. Should I do something else?

Just because it didn't work one month doesn't mean it can't work in the future. Some months just aren't THE month. But if it was up to me I'd have you have an attempt the day of trigger and again the next morning if possible, if not, that night
