Oh Ladies!! I found a little website (it's dodgy, but seems to be well-meaning.. haha) that lists low sodium foods.. I was particularly interested in the sweet biscuits as I think I'll want, nay, need to add some empty cals to my plan and I wanted to maybe add one biscuit to my dinner, or lunch or something, but I knew that some sweet bickies are quite high in salt (surprise!!) ... anyway, I'll not turn this into an essay, but here's the link:

They point out that anything listed on the site as "low sodium" has an average of 120mg or less per 100g. That's reasonable, considering a biscuit will be far less than 100g... :)
