A 65% success rate for the two years and there were a mix of people swaying IG and HE style. So hopefully more HE sways will increase the no of successful sways in the future

When I broke it down the HE sways were runnign in the high 70's to 80%, we really had just AWFUL results with the IG-style sways when the site was first up so it makes our overall numbers look worse than they really are. :)

Thanks Cinss. Happy to share. I just loved the FGD it was clear and straightforward with diet plans and suggestions. It would be really difficult to mess it up. I bought the book from India for under $30 and had no problems with internet payment or delivery. I should add that I did drink green tea every day and did take fish oil and I-folic supps as well but I did this before my girls were conceived as well. Good luck to you in your sway as well.
